Dangote and PH refineries alone would need 1,100bpd while we only produce 1.5million litres/day, if we don't step up production, the refineries will suffer. NNPCL should no longer give oil blocs to IOCs, most of them only export the crude oil abroad to expartriate their profits to their countries. NNPCL should henceforth grant lincenses to local investors with financial and technological capacities to rack up production with the mandate of supplying 70% crude oil to local demands.
