Hi bro. I am applying for a russian visa but im still waiting for my invitation letter. Please can u help me with a brief summary of the entire visa process. I'm scared i will be denied.
Why are you scared? Get your documents, prepare for interview should in case, pray. You will be fine. Check the embassy website all you need is there, nothing more for now. I will advise when you are ready to submit go like a day before to ask questions Incase other documents has been included for visa application. But for now stick to what’s on the website.

You don’t need sponsor statement of account. Put the money in your own personal account. Minimum of 800k I advise you put more. Although they will still ask for your sponsor, if you can defend the fund in your account you can tell them you are sponsoring yourself, but if you can’t just tell them who is sponsoring you. No need for insurance (I didn’t listen when I was told, I blew 15k on that) hahaha good luck.

Hi Tochi
I am very impressed with how far you have come in such a short time. I have been a silent reader for sometime now
I just subscribed to your youtube channel im number 288 lol
KEEP IT UP O.

I showed my parents some of your pictures here and i was able to convince them to let me study in russia. All Thanks to you. You inspire me.

I just have issues wrapping my head around the visa documents required for it.

I applied to volgograd state technical university because i have a friend there but he is in for masters while i am going for bachelors. Please please and please i know this is not a visa travel section. I have searched the web and i just want to confirm the documents required.

Do i need to submit these documents?
1. Police character certificate
2. Birth certificate
3. Flight reservation
4. Health insurance

They are not in the website of the embassy but are in almost every blog and website i check.

Please help.
No you don’t need any of those documents. Statement of account, admission and invitation letter, application form.and the rest of the documents on the embassy website. That’s all.

I am in Abuja now. For those still gathering there documents, don’t stress yourself with insurance. It’s not needed just stick to all the requirements on the website and you are fine. Go very very early as you might not be able to submit if you go 8am or later as they are slow in calling people in. Godspeed.

Insurance is not needed, sponsorship letter too, the general hospital is okay.... Tell the hospital to stamp it for you... Your statement of 800k or more... And get ready to bring your sponsor too
Did you mean insurance is NOT needed and also Sponsors Letter?
TravelRe: Diary Of A Nigerian Student living In Moscow, Russia. by kingstide: 11:59pm On Aug 19, 2019
thank you for the information. other threads her not active that's why I had to bring it here. but the sponsor account is individual account not a company account, will it still have to be on a letterhead?
TochiPhotos:
I used IGI when I did mine and it was the one recommended by the embassy staff but I assume other insurance companies will work too.

The general hospital in Abuja should be fine but when I did mine, it was at Ave Maria hospital in V.I. That's the embassy's partner hospital. There is a Russian Doctor there and he has to sign and stamp the result but I heard they now accept from general hospital Abuja.

Sponsor letter should be on company letterhead.

Please find the thread dedicated for students to ask questions regarding admissions and visa application procedure etc

Good day house. I am about to apply for my visa and I need some advice on putting my documents together.
firstly, I will like to know if the embassy has a specific insurance company they recommend or any insurance company can be used.
secondly, I also want to know if the general hospital is ok for HIV certificate or they have a recommendation for that too.
furthermore, should sponsor letter be printed on a letterhead or a plain sheet is ok for that?
and I will also appreciate any interview questions they might ask so as to be able to prepare for them. Your quick response would be appreciated as I will be submitting my application of Visa this week.

One more thing, How much do you think is ok to have in the sponsor's Statement of account.
Thank you.

July and I got it after like a week and 3 days.
so what do you suggest, they are refusing to legalize my certificate. (MFA)

National Visa register form.
Yeah I know a man but he charges Alot.
He'll do everything for you both MOE and MFA
But mind you, Eligibility letter takes 5-7 working days.
so I was at the ministry of foreign affairs yesterday and they said they are not attending to Poland applicants that they have issues with the embassy for about 3months now. When did you get your certificate legalized with the ministry of foreign affairs and how did you?
Did your school require you legalize your certificate with the embassy before resumption?
Thanks.
TravelRe: Polish Student Visa by kingstide: 2:15pm On Sep 15, 2018
VINOMENALXX:
That's not true
maybe they've resolved it. I legalized my letters with a notary public, is that valid?

This is how a signed and sealed sponsor's letter by a justice of peace looks like.
bro in heard the ministry of foreign affairs has issues with the Poland embassy, how did you go about legalizing your certificate with them?

Hello, guys @Chuman33 @Desmog21 I want to know if its necessary to write a cover letter or a statement of purpose alongside other document s to be submitted. and is it wise to notarize them, such as sponsors letter, employers letter? thanks.

It's called Eligibility Letter issued by only Ministry of Education in Abuja. As for the payment method, you have to call the embassy for them to clarify.
guys, I need your advice on this. so the school I got admission into is starting October 1 and the only available date I could book an appointment with the polish embassy is October 2. although the school said i can start late because of the visa situation that they will speak with the department. but won't it affect the visa decision of the consular at the embassy seeing that the school had already resumed?
