If you take loan from any CBN licensed institution like normal commercial banks (Access,GTB, Zenith, union bank, Stanbic, etc), microfinance bank and the likes of dem Fintechs (Opay, Palm Pay, Monie point) and you decide to not pay back..... There's fire on the mountain.

Those financial institutions can simply petition CBN and have the outstanding loan you have with them recovered from any bank account you have with other banks. According to the GSI policy of CBN, you go just receive debit for that your previous main account wey you hide your money and everywhere go just blur!

This one don tay na, I'm surprised many people are just hearing about it now, during the COVID lock down a lot of loans were packaged as grants and many Nigerians fell hook, line and sinker for them.
