I posted for critical thinkers. There was nothing personal to warrant the curse and the insult. I have just one vote, like all Nigerians. Vote for who you believe, and I will vote according to my belief. Stop crying. When you are less emotional, read the post again and think logically. Ekaka14: |
You are idealistic and seek a perfect situation, all coming at the same time from the same leadership. You will never get it. None of us is perfect, and no leader will be. What I have canvassed for is a trade-off based on the priority of our needs. If you find a leader who can do everything idealistically in the opposition, please vote for him. Reference: |
You missed the message. It is for critical thinkers anyway. And, it is just an opinion. AMINDA: |
Honestly, Nigerians need to avoid letting emotions becloud their judgment if we want this country to move forward. Let’s be real: the average Nigerian is corrupt, so do we honestly think politicians support Tinubu out of pure love? No, it’s all about the money they are pocketing from the national treasury. The big boys, especially from the North, look the other way because of this corruption and because their own bad behavior—and security failures (look at guys like Ali Modu Sheriff and Bello Matawalle)—is being ignored. I don’t like this kind of politics at all, but there is still a bright side to it.Tinubu is actually setting up a proper federal system and stopping the federal government from choking the states. He is pushing reforms to speed up infrastructure and fix security, basically laying the groundwork for a solid economy. Just look at the Nairaland front page this week—see how many job vacancies reputable companies are posting? The economy is finally turning the corner, and things will only get better if we let him finish his work.We should just look for a better candidate to replace him in 2031 after he has built a strong foundation for Nigeria. Whatever financial crimes Tinubu and his team are committing, they can always face the music later. This is exactly what happened with Lula da Silva in Brazil. This is where the emotional intelligence comes in during elections. If we focus all our energy on fighting corruption right now, Tinubu will be kicked out. But who is the better candidate to replace him? Which of the top politicians is actually clean? None of them.Obasanjo didn’t stop corruption, yet the economy boomed under him. Buhari was hyped as this strict, anti-corruption guy, but he ended up ruining the economy. This proves Nigeria can actually grow despite corruption. We need to prioritize a leader with vision and the liver to fix the economy over focusing solely on corruption scandals.Let the next government in 2031 deal with Tinubu and his boys. They will definitely have their day in court, just like Buhari's people like Malami and Danladi (the CCB boss) are facing the music right now. Just my opinion, though. |
A verse of the Quran states '' there is no compulsion in religion'' and here he was not forced. Why is this a news? jesusjnr2020: |

If not madness, what would such carnage and death bring to the perpetrators? We really need to find out how terrorists process these killings and can sleep. iwaeda: |
You only need to look at the past, the history, to know she would have been kpai_d by Christian zealots. Extremism is not particular to a religion. We only need to keep reorienting and punishing the extremists. Bobby4090: |

I posted an AI analysis of the discussion between you and me below. Conversations are not necessarily held to prove right or wrong. It is to help us learn and improve, which has been my objective from the start. 1. Side-by-Side Personality & Communication Comparison Kinikini Style Measured, explanatory, conciliatory Attempts de-escalation (“Peace.”, “I will not push the issue”) Uses comparative reasoning and analogies Reasoning Highlights double standards Separates individual wrongdoing from religious doctrine Appeals to fairness and consistency Personality Signals Higher openness (willing to examine multiple religions) Higher emotional regulation Values intellectual fairness over winning Weakness Occasionally verbose Assumes the other party is arguing in good faith (they are not) Brendaniel Style Aggressive, dismissive, absolutist Uses insults (“irrational thinkers”) Repeats rhetorical questions instead of addressing counterpoints Reasoning Overgeneralization Selective evidence Moral binary thinking (good vs evil) Personality Signals Low agreeableness High identity defensiveness Argument driven by moral outrage, not inquiry Weakness Fails to address analogies logically Substitutes emotion for evidence 2. Credibility to a Neutral Reader To an unbiased observer (not emotionally invested in either religion): Kinikini appears more credible Calm tone Consistent logic Avoids blanket judgments Brendaniel appears reactive Insults weaken perceived intelligence Emotional framing suggests bias Avoids engaging the strongest counter-arguments In debates, tone + logic > volume + certainty. Brendaniel sounds confident, but Kinikini sounds thoughtful — and thoughtful wins credibility. Brendaniel: |
Your opinion doesn't count on who is foolish. What is clear is that you are true to type. Brendaniel: |
I advise you to have an open mind, and read more about the different religions, especially Islam. One Billion plus muslims cannot be foolish. Brendaniel: |
It is interesting how you downplayed the misdemeanors of the Christian Pastors. However, I will not push the issue because doing so will make me guilty of what I condemned. Please try to disagree with people without insulting them because it is a better way to prove your religion is better than others as against posting hatred of the other religion on social media. Peace. Brendaniel: |
It has to be a Christian who writes these myopic things always. Deep down, you will not attack other people's religion for the crimes of a few if you truly have a deep conviction and feel secure in your faith. Any little crime committed by someone ''alledgedly'' a Muslim must be a tool of Islamophobia because they lack a deep conviction of their faith and need to run down other people's faith to boost their belief. Pastor Chris Okafor and Pastor Daniel Olukoya have been in the news for sexual predation on church members for a time now. I have not seen a single Muslim who labelled Christianity a religion of sexual predators. This is because Islam teaches Muslims to be just. Islamophobia is quite convenient for Christians because it aligns well with their deeply rooted belief in the concept of original sin. To them, all Muslims are guilty of the sins of the criminals who claim to be Muslims since sins are inheritable. Mr. Poster, better find a work to do. Brendaniel: |
We too often sensationalise things unnecessarily. All the many Muslim clerics who encourage Muslims to eat Christmas food did not trend. It is the one that has a differing opinion that trends because it works for the stereotyping and Islamophobia. On the substance, it is truly a haram for Muslims to celebrate Christmas. Haram means forbidden. Christmas is a Christian faith-based celebration, and a Muslim has no reason to celebrate it unless he wishes to change his religion. This is the same with Christians who will not go to Eid with Muslims during the sallah. It is forbidden for a Muslim to go to a commemoration service on Christmas day, to wear Father Christimas clothes or decorate his house for the Christmas celebration because these practices are purely faith-based for Christians. However, there is nothing wrong with a Muslim accepting Christmas food given to him by Christians, and it is not a haram to congratulate Christians. We should accentuate messages and opinions that promote our unity in this country. It will do no one any good if we cause chaos with the messages of hatred and intolerance that we rush to post on our social media platforms. Kingsley34: |
Political office holders are peddling drugs abroad. They are leaving Aso Rock to prostitute abroad. They are committing Yahoo, and fraud, stealing from the Americans in BEC. The political office holders are working with foreign terror cells and committing terrorism, banditry, and kidnapping for ransom at home and robbery abroad. The political office holders are 24 hours on the internet bashing the country, mostly celebrating the negative and never acknowledging the small gains. The truth shall make you free. Year2025: |
Hypocrisy and bigotry. Soludo said crimes reported in the South East are committed by 99.99% Igbos. Islamaphobia is intoxicating, and anyone can drink to a stupor. NaijaRoyalty: |
The video is edited. It did not start from the beginning. She talked about the Fulani as nomads. Her view was that the Fulani nomads have a good knowledge of the forests and the interior areas of Nigeria. They are therefore used to mine natural resources. Those who used them to mine often abuse them, and the boys take to self-help, a crude form of industrial action or protests. Her views may be flawed, but she was only defending that her Fulani brothers are not criminals and bandits. There is no point in sensationalising her views. She is exactly the type of person we need to talk to her brothers to deradicalise them from banditry, and also enlighten them to seek education. EvergreenDiarie: |
Bandit ''a robber or outlaw belonging to a gang and typically operating in an isolated or lawless area. "the bandit produced a weapon and demanded money" Jihadists ''a person who advocates or takes part in a jihad; a jihadi. "a mission to recruit jihadists" Jihad ''1. a struggle or fight against the enemies of Islam and for the protection of the Islamic community. "he declared a jihad against the infidels" 2. the spiritual struggle within oneself against sin'' How is a bandit related to a Jihadist? We need to ask AbdulRahoof Bello to substantiate his claims. Bandits are killing muslims and you claim they are jihadists. WorkTheTalk: |

No muslims made a monster. You heard when they confessed they sponsored Boko Haram and the BBOG. You saw how they destroyed Libya and allowed weapons to fall into the hands of dissidents. If you read well enough, you will know the people you call friends are the enemies. Nackzy: |
Neocolonianism and imperialism covered in the garb of jihadist and Islamist. When they cannot control the government, they mobilised the criminals and the politically deranged local dissidents to cause chaos and destabilization. If you think this is about Islam, you don't know criminal international aggressor, and its partners in the old world. Mynd44: |
If Gadaffi was not forcefully toppled, the gun violence in Nigeria and the Sahel would not have spiraled out of control. For those who want the shelter Nigeria provides to fail, even if imperfect, they had better ask Libyans and the Iraqis. The people you are calling on are the architects of the killings. Fella said they leave sorrow, tears, and blood, their regular trademarks. Religion is so touchy a subject, and many are so gullible when it comes to seeing through the mace, sorry maze. Very unserious and shallow, but his supporters will not accept this. When he is jailed, they will blame everybody but themselves. Even Awolowo defended himself in his treason trial. Well, I don't understand the man sha. His followers said he is an oracle. He must have seen that a defence anchored on all these high profile people will get him exonerated. DrMB: |
Tell your community members to seek treatment at the PHCs. If money is demanded from them, let them report to the Obas, the Local Council Chairmen, and the EFCC. If the healthcare funds are have been diverted there will be no medicine at the health centers. We complain the country is not moving forward and still whine when told to at least help to report failing institutions like the PHCs. If the communities do not report a lack of access to healthcare, the people dishing out the funding will not know. By the way, the kind of wealth being accummulated by our public officials, hmmmmmmm. Not everything about the polithiefians. merits: |
If you have to tell someone you are better repeatedly, you probably are not. It is more like a manifestation of an inferiority complex. Every time they say they are better, we shrug it off because we know deep down, they are a shallow race, and on their own cannot understand the difference between them and the others. |
