It is even more irresponsible to borrow to pay jumbo salaries and buy luxuries for political office holders. The govt should immediately prune down the size of the political appointees and reducce the national assembly members. quote author=valentineuwakwe post=93670427] Source: https://punchng.com/borrowing-to-subsidise-electricity-grossly-irresponsible-fg/
The kind of AGF we have had in the recent are dirty dealers. They'll rather cripple the anti corruption war than enhance it. Abu Malam finally had his way. What a country. . valentineuwakwe: |
Good advise poster. Follow it. Regardless: |
I think both of you have issues and seem unprepared for marriage. On your part, learn not to use your emotions to blackmail your partner. Do your part and not stop second guessing your partner. By doing your part, your partner may open up and you both can evolve a common purpose and goal. The other issues like hurtful words has to stop, and your boyfriend economic power has to improve to a level it can sustain a marriage. Finally, I think you need to get together more closely to form a reasonable opinion on whether you can marry him or not. No one can give you the advise really because you have got to lay your bed to make it comfortable for yourself, and no one can do that for you. Localchampion: |
I am certain he would give a sterling performance and discharge his duties as he has promised. Bring the same man to Nigeria, he will be cutting dirty deals like Abu Malam and his predecessors. Even the "MOG" , DGOs, would rather challenge our laws whereas they comply with the same regulations abroad. We blame everyone but our self for all the wrongs in the country. It's a sick country. Aisha, you may never get to read this but please note this isn't the type of governance PMB promised. You do know what you personally promised Nigerians. [Agree. quote author=redsun post=92870628] The main disruptive and destructive witches in Nigeria are the politicians and all the wayward people. If they do things right, people won't have any need for pastors,I'm and, Babalawo, and miracles. The good which is the one that finds solutions to common problems
Isn't it better? All the lies being peddled that witches cause life's miseries can be unravelled. Those who cause their own sorrows are quick to blame one witch just like the religions thrive on the fear of witchcraft attacks. Our people forget karma and instead seek to blame an imaginary witch for everything. quote author=MrBanner post=92862707]Lmao!! So people actually agreed to be identified as witches??

Are you married? quote author=Toks2008 post=92317653]The idea of a wife material by many men is not different from the idea of having a slave in the house... Men want a woman who will be able to wake up as early as possible when others are still asleep, do the house chores and tend to the needs of the kids, the husband and after serving her household, she will go out to make ends meet and latter come back home to make sure her kids and husband are well taken care of and this includes cooking, washing their clothes and lots more... Men want a Nanny, A cook, A laundry lady, house cleaner, An errand lady, Sex provider and many more in one lady who is considered a weaker sex and as if this is not stressful enough, most men would rather boast about the ability of their lady in washing hard fabrics with bare hands, they will talk about how they so much love a lady because she can pound yam the natural way and will be proud to talk about how good their lady is in using archaic methods to prepare their meals... And the worst twist is that even if the lady is pregnant, they will still watch her do these tasks. So I ask: is there anything different between a wife material and a slave? Will heaven fall if the man assists his wife in the home front? Does common sense not tell the man that he needs to make life easier for his wife by getting a washing machine, a vacuum cleaner, and several other home/cooking appliances that will make life easier for her. Must a lady even know how to cook before you tag her wife material? What if she just can't cook or is the ability to cook part of success in life? Please don't get it twisted, I'm not here to advise ladies to be redundant in their homes. Every married lady must be a home keeper, ensuring that her kids and husband are her priority...but nevertheless, in my opinion, a wife material means a gentle, submissive wife who will love you for who you are, tolerate your weaknesses, a Wife Material is a woman who is about her business, can hold her own in a conversation, is generous and can handle money well. A woman who will put your needs first and values her marriage so much that she won't defile it by being unfaithful... And just as the book of proverbs 31 says,...'' a virtuous woman is one who leads her home with integrity, discipline, and more and all the virtues she is practicing are aimed at making the life of her husband better, teaching her children, and serving God'' this is never the same as having a slave in the house in the name of wife material. My prayer for every man reading this is that God provides for you so that you will make life easier for your woman so that you can look beyond that slave-like quality that many men use to qualify a wife material. I hope this makes sense.

I agree rapists should be castrated — Wasiu, 25, suspected rapist of 70-yr-old woman KINDLY SHARE THIS STORY Bankole Wasiu Twenty-five-year-old Bankole Wasiu was arrested in Ogun State few hours after he allegedly raped a 70-year-old woman, who is his landlady’s friend, while she was asleep. Bankole, who works as a Caterpillar truck driver, gives DAUD OLATUNJI his account of what happened How did the incident happen? I was on a bench in the workplace on June 3, preparing for work when some men arrived. My workshop is around Abule, along Robiyan, in Abule Ijoko, Agbado area, Ogun State. One of them sat on my right and the other sat on my left. They grabbed my trousers and said they were arresting me for committing a crime. I asked for their identities and they said they were vigilantes. They handcuffed me and forced me to follow them to their office. When we got to their office, they told me to confess to the crime I committed overnight. I was shocked; I told them I didn’t commit any offence overnight. After saying that, they started beating me with their sticks to the extent that my clothes got torn. What happened thereafter? The old woman they alleged that I raped used to visit my landlady where I stay. At times, she would ask me to buy her food and I would oblige her. At times, she would ask me to buy her alcohol and I usually would. I didn’t know anything about this until those vigilantes came to arrest me. They said I should confess that I raped the old woman, which I never did. They brought the woman to their office and asked me to identify her. I never claimed that I did not know her. I told the vigilantes that I knew the woman through my landlady. https://punchng.com/i-agree-rapists-should-be-castrated-wasiu-25-suspected-rapist-of-70-yr-old-woman/?utm_source=Smartech&utm_medium=web-push-notification&utm_campaign=Ogun%20rapist&__sta=%7CHUB&__stm_medium=bpn&__stm_source=smartech |
