The words; saved and realized, shouldn't be used in the first place because there was nothing like that. This money in was gotten from the frozen accounts of MDAs. I work with one the government agencies and all the accounts belonging to our state offices were frozen since their TSA implementation took off. I work in Lagos state office, and we the staff run the office on our own since two years ago because no money from government has entered our office for the running costs . We contribute money to buy fuel, paper, seminars, training, transportations for official duties, etc. Our cleaners have not been paid for more than twelve months since they are being paid from the sane money which they are supposed to send every quarter for the running of the office.
In conclusion, if you not in the system you will not understand. 90% of the news they give everyday are just propaganda. . They are deceiving themselves.

The accounts belong to MDAs, not unknown as some people thought. And the money inside are not stolen money. Let's say that NNPC has forty two accounts for different purposes, TSA will close forty one with the money inside, leaving only one account for them.
In my ministry for instance, no state office has an account any more . Only one account for the whole ministry. They closed down all state offices account with the money inside for our overhead cost and taxes.
