gotv should not be more than 15watts

0.8 x 12v x 18Ah = 172.8
20watts + 15watts = 35watts

172.8/35 = 4.937

it should getting nothing less than 4h 30mins

what if I get am hybrid Inverter that has both the functions of a CC and an Inverter built together in 1.

do I still need any other thing aside
connecting the solar panels to the hybrid Inverter then to the power bank and my apartment is connected to the hybrid Inverter

why and saying this, is because I a guy advertising an hybrid Inverter which he claims to be 1.5kva 20a in-built charger, 50a CC, digital display on this same Nairaland, he also claims it's very rugged funny enough people are not talking about it on his tread, except only him for more than 3 pages

Its always good to seek professional guidelines when going solar .. DIY is good but has its limitations especially for those who ain't technically inclined ! I actually started from a 20a pwm solar controller to a 40a mppt epsolar and advanced to 60a itracer mppt which takes cares of all basic loads in my house 24h/7days weekly .. Below is a short video clip on how my solar set-up trickle charges on a rainy day : solar is indeed unique & efficient

is it a must that 1 must use an Inverter with a CC
can't I just connect the solar panels to a CC then to the power bank and from the same CC again to my apartment

If you're using it in Nigeria, let's assume the fixed voltage would be 220v. The power rating would be (voltage *amps). In your case, this would give you 220V*2A= 440 watts.

that is a really high power consumption

and by the way, what is the volt reading of a power bank when it is fully charged
