SmartPolician: Oga Paul, charity begins at home. Expand your business to your region. Hospitality business is thriving in Imo State.
Why not create an artificial lake in Owerri and build a tourist centre in your home state. You invest your money elsewhere, a government comes and ruins everything. Thank God you said "charity" begins at home, not business. |

I just feel like this lady is just catching cruise. Tell her to come and start the farm work in Nigeria now....you won't hear from her again. Don't believe everything you read online. Don't mind her ... and she's paying income tax when there's supposed to be no income. |

It will go away in the morning and comes back in the afternoon. I've used eyedrop but it's still coming back.

As long as it favours you, it is glory be to God, but if it doesn't, wailing begins. Why would they say he is tribalistic when Elumelu was a major financier of his election. He was the first prominent person BAT went to greet at home after "winning" the election. |

The war in Gaza is a war over territory between Israel and Hamas and not between Jews and Muslims or Christians.
Christians, Muslims and Druze are members of the IDF, just like Palestinian/Hamas fighters have members from these religious groups too, even though Muslims are predominant. |

Kilotunku?
Nigeria don betta!
This is typical of how the "big boys" live in Nigerian prisons, according to a known person who has been there. He came out of prison looking robust and healthier. He'd said you can do and have almost anything there, apart from getting outside of it, if you can pay for it. |

Oghene86: It's not just a prayer house, conferences would hold there also. The truth is that its utility is very limited. The name of the white elephant project is "Akwa Ibom International Christian Worship Center" with a very conspicuous cross on its front pillar. Now, what kinda events would you expect to hold there, other than ecclesiastical? Can a political conference, business or music concert conveniently hold there? All these, including religious events can hold at the Lagos Arena. |

Oghene86: Akwa ibom people come and see, later you come after your governor, have you seen any lagosian say anything bad about the project or are lagosian not hungry, is there no poverty in Lagos?
Thank God for what you have and appreciate your governor for that edifice Does that proposed edifice commissioned by Sanwo-Olu look like a church to you? That Arena, apart from its entertainment and aesthetic value is a commercial venture that will boost the economy of the state ... not comparable to wasting state resources on a prayer house in the midst of grinding poverty and massive unemployment. |

A couple of departments directly involved in their regulation can be in Lagos, close to the businesses they're regulating.
The headquarters remain in Abuja.
Perfectly logical. Point of correction - It's some departments of the Upstream regulator that's been moved, now Downstream please. |
