U all should stop consoling yourselves with how people owe and all.. Why is it always 1 in a thousand that AMCON always go after.. If u have access to such loan and do the needful which I believe shouldn't be a problem because wirh such loan, there is no way u won't be able to set up yourself and also pay back as agreed. Imagine I collect loan 1billion and I'm suppose to be paying 10m monthly, I would definitely keep 100m down for payment in 10months. U want to tell me that 900m will not be able to invest what 1bilion will invest with the same profit and still get flexing money normally.. You all should not decieve yourselves jor.. Without loan, u go broke pass bottle self.. Dey play .. Me I dey find loan like this. Better one sha...

Bro don't be lazy all of this questions you've asked me have been answered on this same thread, it's barely a 60 page thread just go through it and you'll see everything you need to know on legalization and verification if you're truly serious about moving. You should Visit studyinaustria.at and you'll find all their institutions and select at least 10 good universities and follow up with the information there regarding their admission and admission requirements. This is exactly what I did. I don't know of any other group for Austrian students The last time I checked they dissolved all the WhatsApp groups so that prospective students can get all information needed here on nairaland on this thread.
Thank you
Travel / Re: Finally Migrated To Australia At Age 48. This Is My Story So Far by Kizzygentle: 2:42pm On Apr 15
Usefulsense:
Last year, I sought the opinion of Nairalanders concerning my plan to move to Australia.
My major worry was my age (48) and also considering that my net salary in Nigeria was a little over a million Naira per month as the financial controller of a manufacturing company in Onitsha.

Below is the link to the thread I opened to seek peoples advice and I recommend that you go through the thread to fully appreciate
the story that follows.

. I promised to tell my story after 3 months of my stay in Australia.

I finally left Nigeria on December 7th, 2023 and arrived the country on December 9th with my children. Today, I am exactly 3 months, 2 weeks and 6 days old in Sydney, australia.

This is not a hearsay, it is not an eye witness account, it is my story.

This is intended to guide people who maybe planning to travel outside Nigeria. Should you migrate at an age over 45 or not?

Those who told me not to go are right and those who told me to travel are also right.

Given another opportunity, will I take the decision to move out of Nigeria at 48? Have I made a mistake? How am I surviving?

You will find out in this thread.

To be continued shortly .........

My brother please can u guide me on the study route. Thanks

Your chances will be better served if you are going for courses related to your job roles. Presently, you cannot travel with your family except you are studying masters, PHD or specialized courses.
What do u advice I do? I am an interior designer and I studied Biochemistry here in Nigeria. Thays why I put up the thread for guidance.

Yes you can apply though some schools like jku Linz requires IELTS but most Austrian universities doesn't require it just apply and you're good to go with biochemistry you would have a lot of options most people you see on student visa finished with 2.2 so don't be discouraged . At 37 years you're still a vibrant young man but knowing Austria and their processes, you won't be there until at least next year February that's if you are able to finish your verification and legalization before November if not it will be in September meaning you'll likely enter Austria at 38 so if you can't be patient I'll advise you try other countries.
Thanks my brother. Is application on and how can I go about the legalisation of documents and Which documents am I suppose to legalise or is there a checklist for requirements. If u also have schools that u can put up here for me to surf that don't need ielts .. I would really appreciate .. Is there a telegram or WhatsApp group chat for Austrian students ?
Which other country do u think is faster.. I wouldn't mind

Good morning ladies and gentlemen. A friend applied for family reunion visa last year but could no longer have access to the email she used for the visa registration. All effort to recover the email proved abortive.

Is there any way she can change the email of registration to a new email? Please she needs help.
Let her send a mail to the embassy to the effect and put the new one she wishes to use. The embassy will adjust it for her. It happened to me when I used yahoomail.com instead of yahoo.com and they rectified it for me. All I did was send them a mail. Hope it helps ...

Politics / Re: Do Not Denigrate Nigeria In Your Sermons, Tinubu Appeals To Religious Leaders by Kizzygentle: 6:01am On Mar 29
Thunder fire you .ozuor.. why if I may ask? You increase fuel to about 600 naira in the name of subsidy whereas no subsidy was removed. Basic commodities and food stuffs that should commonly be easily affordable for a normal life of an average or even below average citizen increased beyond affordability, national grid collapses almost every month, even the weather has become unbearably hot due to such, when u come out to talk or give speech, u always talk about corruption that we know should be the last thing in any govt agenda knowing u and your cohorts are the corruption, a lot has gone wrong in this country since u entered office , we complained about buhari bitterly thinking u would help ease that pain but instead u trippled the suffering to the extent buhari was a child's play. And u expect the religious leader to be quiet about it . Of course its affecting them too because their members can't even afford to give offerings and tithes again. They can't continue their building projects because cement that used to be 3k when we were complaining is now 8k and even at reduced rate .. And u open that shepe mouth to yarn okpat. May thunder finish u and that your wife that condemned immigrating for a better life..

What makes you think everyone is suffering the same fate as you are?
I’m sorry, I’m arrogant and proud of it. In this life, I’d never taste poverty
So u are part of the people that don't want other people to progress because u are progressing.. So who is better... Bad belle them..
