Social media has a way of influencing the younger generations... Now imagine a young kid who might have the intentions to save lives as a doctor, maybe reality hits hard and such kid isn't able to own his own hospital when grown, and someone had already instilled in him/her that working in a government owned hospital as a civil servant won't get him a luxurious lifestyle, don't you think such person with opt for something else? Now imagine this analogy of mine happening with other sectors of works that involves civil service....


When we say the ad is wrong, we are looking from a bigger lens and not just the surface like you are seeing it... I hope you get my point now?....

Why continue to do the same thing and expect a different result, which deep down you know won't work. Is it not foolishness to participate in an election that you know the desperate crooked government will use all it's powers to ensure your votes don't count. Elections that will always to push the North vs South "power rotation" gambit and promote other none progressive sentiments among Nigerians while those in power continue to loot our common wealth.

Since 1999, what has Nigerians truly benefitted from the Abuja based cosmetic democratic arrangement that only empowers a few against the major? I came to the realization long ago that the main problem with Nigeria is a foundational one. We are practicing a system of government that can't work for the majority. If you are sincere, you will see that I didn't criticize but offered a solution in the post I made earlier.

I will keep this short and straight to the point.

If anyone thinks that APC will be defeated through the ballot in 2027 that person is dreaming and not telling himself the truth. If anyone wants to be honest, you should know already that INEC as an "independent" electoral body won't and can't organize a fair election under this crooked government. Tinubu and the ruling party APC have already selected the next INEC chairman (currently in the cooler) who is actively been prepped on the rigging agenda for 2027. Nigerians will be making another mistake that will cost them another 4 years if they think that they can vote out Tinubu, if they fail to acknowledge the simple truth that Tinubu, APC has no integrity and will never play fair, he simply can't give what he doesn't have. He and his party knows that a free and fair election in 2027 will only guarantee the removal of his government.

The nonsense talk being peddled by some opposition voices about rotational government between North and South in the Atiku/Obi coalition camp is yet another distraction, a waste of time that will only exacerbate current political crisis going on within the opposition political parties that will only benefit the ruling APC party. Nigerians maybe able to vote out the government if there are electoral reforms put in place to weaken the powers of the president over INEC but you all should know by now that current National Assembly under the leadership of Akpabio has already been pocketed by Tinubu and won't support any electoral reforms that will not favour him. The only way out for Nigerians is to forget about 2027 election and fight now for the devolution of political/economic powers from the center to regions/states.

Sadly, 2027 election will be another painful reminder that Nigeria can't work and won't work for the benefit of the people without a total restructuring of it's political landscape, a total decentralization of power to regions/states.

If Igbos refuse to work with Atiku to end Bola Tinubu's misrule, then Igbos should not blame anybody.

In Nigeria, for anyone to become President, two major tribes from Northern part and Southern part must work together to support that Presidential candidate; its either Hausa-Fulanis + Igbos or Hausa-Fulanis + Yorubas.

Tinubu understood this mathematics and he used it against Goodluck Jonathan by carrying the whole Yorubas to align with Buhari even when they know Buhari is a disaster waiting to happen.



So Igbos must play the same dirty game.....Peter Obi even though I know you are more than competent and capable, the reality of Nigeria's dirty politics is that you must stoop too low to conquer....so please dear Igbos...beg Peter Obi to not contest in 2027 or let him align with Atiku as his running mate.....Tinubu wanted to do it with Buhari but Buhari refused because of their Moslem Moslem religion.



Peter Obi should deputize Atiku......but the whole North must show seriousness in working seriously with Atiku and not allow Tinubu's dollar and vain political promises to sway them from working with Atiku.



This is the only way forward.

The lesson igbos need to learn is not to force Obi to stoop so low to pick a VP position so as to be elevated later.
And for the record, that is not how to build bridges. Igbos are not even in agreement with thier backdoor neighbours(south south).

That seems like an indirect elevation which PO and his supporters more than deserve for their astonishing feat in 2023!

You PDP fanboys should go back to 2022 and see what you guys said about Obi and his supporters!

How did he sweep almost all south east votes that traditionally went to PDP?
One final question.....before the 2023 election,aside Ortom of Benue state,which other state governor had voiced their support for Obi?
Yet he got 11 states and Abuja in less than 8 months in an unknown party?

Lastly,if the coalition doesn't want Obi to be flagbearer,he can do it on his own and if he loses?
There is no problem!
He will simply travel to the Maldives and enjoy himself with his wife while those who love suffering by voting apc again will enjoy it's 'benefits'!

Throughout this week,it seems PDP fanboys have been sent to write different articles about trying to convince Obi supporters to accept the position of VP by offering a one term presidency for Atiku while Obi does two terms!

The response from the camp of those close to Obi seems to be defiant and have voiced out several times that it's either Obi as flagbearer or no deal!

My response is also similar and also a message to Atiku.....You have tried your best in the political sphere and it's time to quit the scene and throw your support for Obi come 2027!
Approaching your late 70s,it's time you use the opportunity to play with your grandkids and possibly become an elder states man!
It's not by force to be president no matter your best interests!

Lastly,No amount of articles being churned out from your ever shrinking support base analysts will change the mind of Obi supporters who see the position of VP not only as a demotion but a distasteful insult on Obi who singlehandedly mobilized citizens in less than 9 months in an unpopular party to challenge powerful parties like PDP and APC!
