My post was actually agreeing with you.

I hate Bello for his violent tendencies. Wike is like Bello too, but he performed. I'm even angry at that bigheaded Fubara for demolishing the assembly complex - he had an explosive planted there in the first place.

How did Okene get 138k votes? Habaaaaaa.
Okene, Adavi and Okehi alone scored more than APC scored in the presidential election. Bello rigged the Governorship election massively. Does it sound logical to you that SDP have the might to attack inec office in Lokoja? You must be an Ebira man.

I lean APC,but both Bello and Wike are fraudsters

You are not a serious person obviously. Didn't you read my last paragraph? I only gave you an expanded context of what you said can be used as a ground for impeachment, that it is not so since it is not an infringement on any extant law that bothers on high misdemeanor.

What is my business with Wike rigging election and whether he was against LP candidate. Did you see any mention of that in my comment.
I think it is very little minded people on this platform that always assume any comment that is considered critical of APC interest is automatically a member of LP, affiliated to a particular group or hatred against government. That is a sick way to think.

Since you mentioned a better Nigeria, I dare to ask you; what is governor Fubara's offence that the factional speaker and his cronies served him impeachment notice in less than six months? Have you considered that...have you also considered what is the constitutional role of a minister dictating to an elected governor how he should run his government. Can Wike tolerate even half of what he is doing to an elected governor assuming he is the one on seat especially from his antecedents?

I have seen your other comments and it is obvious you are even deceiving yourself by using what Bello did in Kogi as a parallel. You do that not because you believe what Bello did is wrong, you are only bringing that argument now because it is convenient for you to use that to build a case in your argument against Fubara. Looks like you are the one that is not interested or care about good governance but only trying to be clever by half.

Your derogatory remarks about Obidients or whatever you call them gave you away as an hypocrite. Your assumption that any comment in favor of Fubara is from Obidients is rather unfortunate and the level of irritation in your comments against those that support Fubara show that you are only masking yourself as a neutral whereas you are neck deep in the nonsense Wike is doing as a minister to an elected governor

I stand by what I said regardless of your weak emotions. Both Wike and Fabura are wrong. 2 wrongs dont make a right. I solidly and vehemently denounced what Bello did in Kogi. Its verifiable on my twitter handle. Demolishing the assembly complex is gross abuse of power and gross misconduct, i hope u know that is solid grounds for impeachment? That Obaseki y'all were screaming Edo nor be Lagos got away with what he did in Edo does not mean every other governor will get away with it. The same Obaseki is fighting his deputy now, o hope u are channeling the same Edo no be lagos mantra on Obaseki. Both parties should form a common ground and not fighing each other with illegality. That is my point. Tax payers money will now be used to rebuild a new complex, waste of resources. Whoever his advising him his just digging a hole for him, the law only says the house of reps can not sit outside the state, they can seat any where in the state. Go and verify. Demolishing that complex was ill advised cos it amounts to nothing. Did the 26 lawmakers not sit? Its a wild dream if u think those lawmakers will actually lose their sits. Bookmark this post

Instead of getting repulsed by the new information I want her more now, is it weird? Lol, I'm even thinking she can bring her son and live with me like we're family.

Please advise me.

From experience, their child comes first, and when u have issues in the future, despite the bond u have created with their kid, helped with the kid, they will use that same kid against you. I lived with mine and her 1 year old daughter, picked her up from school, from baby sitter all those stuffs, she still had the guts to ask me what have i dont for her in this life, ended up cheating and now she blocked my number on the kid's phone who is 6 now. The girl have tried to contact me several times, I can see her messages, but she cant see anything I send to her or even my calls. That is how iPhone works when u block, u can text the person u block but the person can't text you back. I feel bad for her cos she doesnt know her mom is why she cant reach me. She even accused me of not calling her again. But its all good! Life goes on, no more tokumbo, or after 1. Never again!!

Like I said, the Obidence movement was never about a better Nigeria, it was about tribalism and hate. I am suprised these clowns (i hope u not one of them) are now rallying behind the same person they claimed to have been rigged in by Wike against their candidate. We all know why that assembly complex was demolished and we all know why Bellow destroyed that road. So y'all can keep lying to yourself that the full complex needed to be demolished cos of a fire outbreak in a small portion of the expansive complex.

That can never be a ground for impeachment according to law but of course people do anything in Nigeria they like exactly like how they wanted to impeach the governor for no reason with certain people supporting them.

The Assembly Complex was burnt, now it was assessed and found that the structural integrity of the complex is compromised, that is the reason for the demolition, same remedy for any structure that fails integrity test anywhere in Nigeria.
Whether the camp of the governor is lying which is likely true concerning the structure failing integrity test, nothing can be done about it let alone using that as a ground for impeachment since the structure was burnt and there is evidence

You can lie to yourself all you want. I am not going to argue with you. Deep down you know why that complex was demolished. A very small portion was compromised by fire not the entire complex. This is not different from what Bello did in Kogi, splitting ans highway into 2 with one lame excuse just to prevent electoral materials from getting to opposition strong hold. I thought Wike rigged the guy to power against the LP candidate, y'all are rallying around him now. It is never about a better Nigeria, it was all about hate. Y'alll can keep deceiving yourselves.

I wonder why Nigerians don't believe in fairness, justice and equity, but to cheat and take undue advantage. Now that a new result has been announced by the courts, natural justice demands that NNPP also should be allowed to sift through APC votes looking for unsigned ballots to disqualify APC votes. After that the total tally of all signed ballots can be tallied and the winner determined.

Trump rallied against mail in ballots, and maby republican states used simple errors to disqualify many ballots in Texas, Arizona, and swing states. Republican ballots too were discarded if errors were found in them. I said it earlier, the onus is on NNPP to also show us ballots for APC that was not signed so they can be disqualified too. You're only shooting yourself in the foot out of ignorance

Talking from both sides of your mouth. You keep referencing EA,the same EA that says a primary should be conducted before a candidate is sponsored but u want us to ovrtlook it as internal party matter cos APC used it as a weapon in court.

You mean it was PDP that took APC to court in Rivers State that they didn't hold primaries? The courts have always ruled that it is not the business of other party how a party choose to conduct its business. That's what meddlesome interloper is.
This claim flying around that only NNPP had unsigned ballot is now gaining ground when that fact was never established. APC simply picked ballot papers from different PUs and said they are unsigned. They did not show whether overvoting occurred in those PUs. If there's no overvoting, they means the POs and ROs accepted the ballot papers as valid don't you think?

Oga, go and sit down. U are capping nonsense. Why are u not talking about the fact that no primaries was conducted in Plateau, even after a valid court order? Did u even read the judgement abi you sre just here comparing grapes to apple and just making noise about inter party matters. So if a political party ignore a key provision in the constitution, it should be overlooked as internal party matters.

PDP can also look for un signed ballots and ask for it to be canceled also. Don't they have same access to the ballots like APC?

Let me remind you;

The same court sacked a Senator and three members of the House of Representatives in the state that won their respective elections on the platform of the PDP.

The panel based its decision on failure of the PDP to fully comply with a court order that was made in 2022, which it said directed the party to conduct congress in the 17 Local Government Areas in the state.

It held that an evidence the PDP produced to prove that it complied with the order, showed that 12 LGAs were excluded in a purported congress it held to select its candidates for the 2023 general elections.

The appellate court, therefore, held that though the lawmakers won their respective seats during the National Assembly election that held on February 25, all the scores that were credited them, amounted to wasted votes as they were not valid candidates.

This guy is a clown sha. All those "mountain of evidence" brought to the court by your principlal in boxes contained what? What were they trying to do with it? Even in the united states here, one of the strategies used by Donald Trump was to look for ballots that could be canceled due to one mistake of the other. He is not passing misinformation. Judicial precedent is on the side of the argument he's making.
In your 1 above, one will wonder what business it is of APC whether PDP conducted Congresses or not. SC precedent will refer to APC as a meddlesome interloper

For 2, SC precedent is that elections are assumed to have held freely and fairly in accordance with EA until proven otherwise. In this case, unmarked ballot papers are allowed by s63(2) and the RO is expected to write a report of he's rejecting such ballots. Since the RO accepted them and there's no report, it is assumed that those ballots were validly casted. Note that there's no evidence it is only NNPP that had unmarked ballot casts. More importantly, the 165k ballots were from different PUs in different Wards all over the state. So it is preposterous to think NNPP went from PU to PU all over a state controlled by APC stuffing ballot boxes with unmarked papers and different polling officers and ROs accepted them. C'mon

Clearly u dont know what u are saying. Lol.
What is interloper here? Court ordered that primaries be conducted, PDP ingnored the court, and went ahead to present a candidate, same ish that happened to APC in Rivers state, which made them have no candidate for governorship election, you sre here confusing constitutional matters with internal party party matters the SC ruled on.
Was PDP also a interloper when the court ruled that APC had no candidate for the governorship election in Rivers cos they didnt hold a valid primaries?
If u dont find it suspicious that all the ballots not signed and stamped belonged to only one political party out of how many parties that contested in the election? A whopping 165k ballots, all belonging to one party? you are irredeemable and blinded by emotions. Alaye, go siddon!

Guy, i dont have time for your nonsense. You are not a lawyer and using sentiments and not ready to reason logically. Court ordered that a primary should be conducted, they ignored and went ahead to contest the election without doing a primary, court said they have no candidate since no primary was conducted as ordered, same with what happened to APC in Rivers, democracy was not in danger then, a candidate was never a member of a political party and went ahead to contest an election, when the constitution clearly states you have to be a member of a party before you can contest any elections but your sentiments and emotions will never let you reason logically but blame the judiciary for doing their jobs then accuse the rulling party who exploited the loop holes like every other political party will do of influencing the judiciary.
