To save a game, click on the icon that the arrow is pointing at and save your game.

I'm not sure if you can assign key but you can only change the layout.

I've completed both games, call of duty modern warfare 3 and black ops on dolphin emulator. The game is heavy with good story.
I love it.

The main thing is your processor. Do you have a good chip set? If yes, you're good to go but if no, adjust EMULATED CPU CLOCK SPEED to 25, 30 or 35 and see the magic.

It's offline. The game is played via emulator called dolphin. Google search the emulator and download the game iso file about 4.4GB via google as well.
