Lolz!! No bro! Not at all. If you go through the last paragraph of my previous comment very well, i said you can acquire a piece of land today (it could be half or full plot) & resell later in about 2 to 3yrs time. Pls don't go buy a land from 'omonile' & wait for that long if not na sorry be your name. But you can buy from a real estate company that carries out legitimate business activity & duly registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission. They could give you about the same space of time to develop or resell your land as the case may be. But know for sure that you'll resell that piece of land more than 300% of how much you bought it. Speculators in this sector of the economy could attest to what i am saying.

Inspection holds tomorrow @ Havilah park & garden Mowe & we'll be leaving the office by 11:30am.

Soundmyn3: If I get u well, the plot of land is 600k, survey is 80k, legal fee 20k... What about omonile, youths, town dev and other hidden charges? Pls make it clear to us, so we know exactly what we are gettin ourselves into.

Is there any provision for half plot?

please be informed that the survey plan for Ogun state has been reviewed and therefore no longer obtainable at #80,000 but for #130,000 while legal documentation remains #20,000. Thanks!
