No please. The #600000 is the price per plot. and once you've completed payment for the land you'll get your Deed of Assignment and a copy of the Global C/O. Survey plan and legal documentation is a different fee entirely. it doesn't stop you from taking possession of your plot. In-fact presently once you've completed up to 75% of your payment, you can start erecting your house if you so desire. The survey plan is #80,000 and legal Documentation is #20,000. But remember you cant build without a survey plan duly certified by a registered surveyor. Thanks

I made an online application @ Gigajob sometime ago nevr knowing i was calling for trouble from toyin street et al. Since then i've never used that jobsite again.

Nigeria the country of my birth never seems to run out of ideas to plunder hersef of her God given resources to the detriment of the populace. Honestly i think the word Amnesty has been consistently abused in this part of the world we come from. Pls why's Kuje & Kirikiri prison still locked? I think this's the best time to free those "law abiding" citizens that's been serving dr jail terms faithfully.

The bill has nothin to do with the average Nigerian who's hard working & earns a decent income, except for those lazy nitwit that decides how the country's resources are plundered. Besides, who's goin to sit and approve it? Except the legislators that'll pass the bill are all drunk, or @ a gun point before such a bill will see the light of the day. The bill is as dead as a "dead pool."

politics is more interesting to me, especially when the tribal bigots are displaying their various intellectual dispositions... It helps me relax my nerves. But i never miss any day without having a good time on Job/vacancy session where scammers are on the prowl to devour unsuspecting job seekers of their hard earned cash.
