martyns303: My brother u are heaven sent to open this topic, cos I also need advice. I also have that kind of cash just sitting in my account. Only that me am not building a house or have any current need of the money, worst part is that I keep pinching little out of it to do irrelevant things just cos the cash is just sitting there, its like its begging me to spend it. The plot of land cost #540,000 for outright purchase but #600,000 for installmental payment from now till the end of June, after which a plot will be selling for #850,000. They're no hidden charges, no omonile, youth, town development or any form of levy of any sort because you're purchasing from a real estate firm which insulates you from any of such charges from the community.
