WALKING: The Exercise Plan for the Lazy and the Busy In recent years physical fitness has been on the decline. Many people are satisfied to just sit in the living rooms and watch television or play video games. This has led to an increase in overweight and in many cases obesity, which has become something of a health risk worldwide. The obvious solution would be to go to the gym and work out. Some may feel embarrassed or intimidated doing this. There is also the possibility that they can't afford a gym membership at that time or don't have a work schedule that permits a regular workout session or they simply just don’t like to go to gym, like myself. However, there are ways that even the laziest among us can get back into shape…Simply walk it off The idea of not having a car may not sound appealing to many, but in some ways it is a blessing for your body if you are concerned about self improvement. Having to walk to places is a great way to get decent exercise. It gets you out of the house and it gets you moving. More than that, it's incredibly easy. When I lost 25kg under 5 months back in 2005, even though I have gained most back now due to sheer laziness, I never visited the gym once. I achieved that result by walking and controlling my diet (using the herbalife milkshake combined with low carbohydrates). I walked 4 to 5 kilometers every day and avoided fatty foods. The biggest task when you decide to walk is the first few steps out of your house but after a few minutes you get into it, Read the Full Article Related Articles: 10 ways to speed up metabolism: Five Reasons Men Lose Faster Than Women |

Could this be the weight loss wonder fruit?? African mango supplements are the latest in a long list of health food fads, but do they really work? Proponents of the latest health fad say that the African mango, indigenous to coastal west Africa, is an age-old Cameroonian and Nigerian bush medicine, its 'unique' properties apparently helping to budge fat and even lower blood fat levels. Umar Farouk Abdulmutallab, the young man who brought shame to Nigerians on Christmas day 2009 has been sentenced to life in prison!!! |

Jonathan should be impeached because of Dame Patience, his disabled wife who is simply a security risk!!!! I really don’t see why Jonathan should not be impeached because of his wife who I consider a woman with special needs. Jonathan is even less intelligent than Dame. At best they share same level of intelligence. Leaving Nigerians any further in the hands of these disabled couples could spell danger for Nigerians. Just imagine the rubbish in this youtube link and many more blunders we hear and hear about everyday. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VxdwkzVGz48 Why do we always choose to keep quiet over things like this? When did we becaome shameless that all we do is fold our hands in the living room laughing at Dame's incredible speeches instead of kicking Jonathan out of office, there is enough justification to do. His wife can be considered a security risk to the country, |

This is only a story for you all to chat and waste time on. If that guy had an amount of the size in his account he will not even remember nairaland forum chat to seek public opinion, get busy with other things. Somebody is only pulling your legs. There are a number of reasons people pronounce things the way they do, accent is the major reason, With particular reference to Nigeria and African countries in general, English Language is not thought properly (I should actually say , at all). Nigerians do not know any thing about phonetics which should part of the syllabus for all levels starting from elementary schools, There are simply no English teachers in Nigeria. The teachers available also passed through the same horrible education system which is obviously dead. The bad news is they (the English) have no clue about their deficiencies as they all were taught with the various horrible English accents available everywhere in Nigeria. It is a sorry situation. Axe, Ask, section, session, acid and akcid etc, lol |
I will feature that on the blog soon, check out www.sleekwarehouse.com from time to time, Under Home |

kandiikane. Good for you. I am sure you are happy with your special gift from your great god, Ofirisi. May you be forever united in soul and body with Ofirisi and may your subconscious help implant Ofirisi into your being so he can properly satisfy your desire to be irreversibly skinny, |
kandiikane. Are you talking from experience? |
It will be stupid and callous of anyone in his right senses to have any form of pity for these low-life people who continuously drag the name of Nigeria in the mud. I feel sorry for you TonyDEE. Think of a better business and venture into it instead of making a role model out of the idiot 419 boy. |
Timi. I have emailed you my number. Text me yours. I will try and call u sometime. |
Timi. What you should sincerely do is avoid taking in anything like capsules etc. I think you are under some peer pressure, maybe some of your friends mock you about your size but I honestly think they may be envying you. For you to look better you might want to do a bit of toning through some targeted muscle exercises, that will bring out your shape and you could build some nice lean muscle, you will feel great afterwards. if you like you can drop your email and I will send my phone number so we could chat from time to time, ok? |
woodcook you have a point there. I think the videos are fake. |
