I'm on it but I tried using my master card for payment, av entered the necessary things but displaying :The Security Code(CV2) is required but no icon to type the cv2 code..

Use an app to track it with ur name and passport number. Perhaps, don’t waste your money because those people won’t give you straight answer.

Use the web platform through computer and check if your application has been transferred and received by VAC.

There are six stages if you use the web platform to check.

I might have had an idea but do keep it in mind that it’s normal for the long wait... just go and follow ur agent bumper to bumper bcus if its collection time it is d email u supplied that the msg will be sent to.

Exactly my worries and it reason why I don’t trust the agent anymore because I don’t have access to the email.

Please someone should come to my rescue. I applied through an agent and I submitted in Abuja on 4th October and received decision mail on 22nd. Till now, I haven’t get my passport back and my agent keeps telling me the passport is not ready yet ready but I don’t believed him anymore because he used his own email to booked my appointment and it difficult for me to track application my self. Please, is there anyway or anyhow I can know the status my self. I have the booking confirmation appointment with me.
