If its just 20,000 youth they have the capacity to train for now, no problem. Note,the training will require a physical location and plenty computers; all these will cost money. if they want to do it remotely,it will cost less. You also have to consider those without laptops. Most of their courses are for professionals. The types of materials for pipping and fittings are not available in the local markets in Nigeria.

For someone like me that already have the basics,their course would be of great help. Their courses will make u an international plumber.

Is it a scholarship that is fully funded?If yes, he should wey the option of getting a better job and higher position after graduation.

If its self sponsored,and he doesnt have the money,he should concentrate on his work. If he has a sponsor(parent's,uncle,etc),he can collect the job,take study leave and come back later(If that option is available)

After my WAEC Examination,i do go to site to make money from labour work; by chiselling the wall or digging d ground for pipe laying.
