Na wao mr brf, as far as am concern this is not new because some landlord prefer one year and charge tenant high rent or two years or more advance and pay less is like a trading buy one quantity at a retail price so if the law works is not favour tenant because high rent rate will be introduce by landlord since the law does not cover the rent rate simply because our lawmakers have mansion out there and they dont want stipulated price for a room,self contain,flats and so on.
