I had a similar experience on the 2nd of June 2019. I tried to subscribe for 1gb MTN, my wallet was not credited while my account was debited. I tried the second time same thing happened. I opened compliant tickets for each of the transactions after about 3 days one of the transactions got credited to my wallet the 2nd one has since not been credited I was lucky someone answered the call center line she said she couldn't see my transactions. In fact today 11/07/19 12:04hrs I have not been credited

My name is Oseni kolade with username 09066111033. I made an attempt to subscribe for a client as at yesterday (mtn 5Gb). The transaction was not successful as my client did not receive the intended data volume but my wallet was debited
Now in my transaction history, this particular transaction is not reflecting so it appears as if the transaction never happened. I've tried to refund using the customer complaint bot option on the platform but all to no avail.

I've also tried to contact the supposed customer care representative but they are non-existent as My call never seems to go through. The ticket option for customer support is a waste of time as I've opened a ticket for a previous transaction that went sour but till today it has not been resolved.

I'm presently frustrated with their services cause for the past two days I've not been able to successfully subscribe for my clients as the transactions are always pending.
I demand a refund to my wallet cause at this point I'm fed up and I've had just about enough and i will not rest until this issue is resolved.
