So all the success recorded in Sahel Sanity is what..
Guy I mean what's wrong with you..
Maybe you want to see 100 bandits/terrorists dead before you're are satisfied.
Major Terror camp has been dismantled over the past few months, Airstrikes has been Very effective Guy what else do you want.i Don't know your complaint at all. You are just jumping here and there
I want to see the territorial integrity of Nigeria protected and secure.

I don't want to see a situation where mere bandits are holding a number of states to ransome and we say we are country.

I want a situation when you travel you don't need a 100 convoy of vehicles to hopefully ensure your security in the NE.

For how long to people do casting and binding before travelling from Abuja to Kaduna.

I want a situation where not one inch of Nigerian territory is in the hands of Islamic Jihadists.

I DONT WANT TO ENDLESS PICTURES of NA victories that don't reflect the reality on the ground.

Finally, l want an end to self seeking corrupted Generals who are the unpatriotic not the young gallant men sacrificed daily in this war.

See your own reasoning self...
He has been with them for 6 years doesn't mean he has been a Porto player for 6 years
..
He was a Nantes and Leganes player too.

Porto may be bigger than Nantes and Leganes but the Portuguese league is definitely not bigger than laliga and ligue1 .. And the fact that Awaziem managed to start in 2 of Europe's top 5 league shows how good he is..

Just stay calm, offered will soon come in for him... E go shame u last last..
You are confusing yourself.

He is so good why is he not playing for Porto, why is he on loan all the time.

He played in French league one and he was so outstanding that nobody valued him enough to buy him. Nobody even asked for a loan.

Then he faced the big express to Turkey not even the top teams.

He has played in La Liga but he has been relegated a reflection of his ability.

How many La Liga teams are fighting for his signature, because he is so outstanding.

I can imagine him on the flight back to Turkey very soon.

He did well no matter what you say. he kept things tight at the back wasn't a liability but you insist he was poor. people here have shown you ad nauseom that he was not dribbled past yet you still insist on your biased point of view.

Aina too should have done better he was the covering defender he allowed the Cameroonian to brush him away too easily for that goal.
You are clearly biased and or you lack football understanding.

As a wing back right or left you consider the positive not the negative and you position yourself accordingly for that positive option in your forward positioning. When your CB should be getting the ball.

This was a long ball coming from the just outside the 18 of the Cameroon side, you are talking about a 60 yard long ball. You can see it coming you are a CB it's what we call, " bread and butter" defending very very basic.

This was Omeruo ball it's routine defending for a CB. That means the LB should be moving forward to receive the anticipated header from Omeruo. But he failed woefully, got bullied and Aina had to backtrack to cover the mistake and was wrong side of the attacker.

The first goal was also a defensive mistake by Omeruo wrong positioning and failed to clear and he was not even wrinwg sided.

Aina was never at fault.

After that fail, he would have realised that his CB us not good enough and us getting bullied all.rje time. From that point onwards he took up a negative position anticipating his CB is likely to mess up.

This is basic football formation it's not complicated unless you have a weak link.

I get the career span thing but the inability for a young talent to hit the ground running can be ascribed to many factors. Nevertheless, it doesn't spell the end of their careers. These guys still has a lot to offer, full stop.
There are a 1001 young talents that don't make it. In football academies there are more who don't make it than make it.

We don't waste time on those who have done nothing. If l was to flood these pages with youth players of Nigeria origin across all the EPL clubs and Championship, you will be talking about a hundred players. That will be boring.

So we talk about those who are doing SOMETHING HERE and NOW not those that may or may not in the future.

And when we talk about a player who has had multiple opportunities over the past five years many undeserved it's a Unfair and favoritism. Particularly when he has done ABSOLUTELY NOTHING.

This is not the right attitude to have over players who still has a lot to give. You just don't write off a player just because they are not playing at their best. And , if you perchance think these guys like Mikel Agu , Azubike and Nwakali are done they you are quite ignorant.
I would disagree with you completely.

Football is a very short term career, a year is a long time two years history and three is established for the archives.

You either build up continously, remain stagnated or are diminishing downwards either way nobody has time to wait for you.

That's why continously talk about IN- FORM players in the HERE and NOW.

That's football these are the parameters by which deductions are made.

In this regard there is NO TIME to look at players who are not perfoming. When there are players who are, that essentially would be UNFAIR.

When you perform then YOU WILL BE REMEMBERED until you do you should be FORGOTTEN.

The NA needs to fight at all fronts like a modern army. All options on the table against insurgency and banditry are good but the cheapest option on the long run is rigorous use of ISR and attack drones for all it's operations.

Five Chinese Wing long drones and two cheap ranger helicopter for the NA aviation corp at each FOB. The drones could be deployed against bandits. It would help guide our foot soldiers against ambush as it seems bandits now exchange notebooks with ISWAP on how to carry out such attacks.

Our army need to evolve and set a standard that should not be compromised no matter the nature of call of duty
The core topic here is supposed to be discussion but not too many people want to have one.

A week or so ago, l asked for discussion to see what is going wrong.

The word ambush is not a death sentence. It's a bit like " No be who first report case to police deh Win"

In a war zone ambush should never ever be a suprise but an Expectation. And if it's an expectation you have a contingency plan strategic as well as singular operational plan to mitigate against it. That means you are PREPARED for the UNEXPECTED.

And indeed turn it around into an offensive opportunity.

i like aina but don't make it sound as if he had a excellent tournament. remember how the cameroonian striker brushed him off before scoring their second goal?
Playing out of position and doing a half baked job is not an excuse. He has no pace and he is not a RB makeshift or not he should not be playing in thar position, because he is not good enough.

I remember it very clearly Omeruo missed a routine clearance header from a long ball got bullied and then Aina tried to cover up for him in the Cameroon game.

Indeed in that game both goals came from poor defensive errors by Omeruo.

Did you even watch the few games he has managed to play for Porto?

The fact that he has managed to play in the laliga and ligue1 with decent stats to back it up shows how good he is..

Let Porto agree to sell him and we will see if he will lack offers.

Nantes wanted to sign him permanently and Porto refused.he returned to Porto and they couldn't guarantee him a starting shirt,so he went on loan to Turkey..

How many players come from the Turkish league to start in laliga clubs?

The club has been relegated for poor performance in the league. He was nominated among a bunch of underachievement poor perfoming players.

Since the AFCON,he has developed some kind of dislike for Awaziem...

Don't be surprised if it has to do with the fact that Awaziem was selected ahead of his innit boy Aina at RB...
I repeat l do not dislike players.

Maybt. I am being too measured in a professional sense. So l look at the players attributes in relation to the club that wants him and their requirements.

Using that assessment framework, l found Awaziem too slow to play RB, but very intelligent to play within his limitations. Nonetheless, he was the weakest link in the last AFCON he was turned inside out as a right back. His lack of pace pulling the CB's put of position to compensate for him.

On the other hand Aina was the best defender despite playing less games the AFCON statistics proved that so it is not just opinion based.

Awziem was one of the most outstanding players for Leganes this season..he was even nominated for their player or the season award.

I put it before you that he won't lack offer when he decides to leave Porto..

He was outstanding in Ligue1 and now laliga...
You have a warped sense of value measurement, you do not seem to know what OUTSTANDING means.

OUTSTANDING in what context huh ❓ In La Liga he was so outstanding that his club has been relegated. shocked shocked

After 6 years he has played 10 games for Porto , he only a Porto player by name not by practice and playing. They will sell him as soon as they find a club that will buy him. He has spent his entire career as a loan player.

Are those the attributes of a OUTSTANDING player.

Players who are outstanding after playing in French league one do not go to Turkish league.

He is outstanding in La Liga that means at least 3/4 clubs should want him. He is a very cheap defender in the general scheme of things, l really don't see him valued above €5 million and I am being generous. It's probably a lot less.

I hope he gets a good move, so let's watch and see.

West Ham Step Up Eze Chase

https://www.completesports.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/06/IMG_20200601_152021-1.jpg

West Ham manager David Moyes stepped up his transfer plans this weekend with two scouting trips.

The Hammers boss was at the Valley on Saturday lunchtime watching Charlton’s 2-2 draw with Wigan, where West Ham loanee Josh Cullen played 90 minutes and Moyes got a look at highly rated Wigan left-back Antonee Robinson.

Robinson is expected to move this summer having seen a £10million move to AC Milan fall through in January.

Following his trip to south London, Moyes headed west to Loftus Road for QPR’s 4-3 win over Millwall. West Ham are one of many clubs interested in forward Eberechi Eze and Moyes continued to keep a close eye on full-back Ryan Manning. Both scored in the London derby.

Moyes is keen to press ahead with his plans to bring young, hungry players into the club over the summer after the Hammers all but secured their Premier League status for another year by beating Watford on Friday evening.

The Scot has not been afraid to dip into the Championship for new signings before, with Jarrod Bowen impressing in the first team following his January move from Hull City.

CompleteSports

West Ham will be a very good place for him
I expect to see Jedi at West Ham he was a youth player at Everton and Moyes knows him well very well.

His move to AC Milan fell through at the last minute for reasons not put in the public domain.

He has not played 10 more than games for Porto since he signed in 2014. He is essentially a business transaction for the club.

Eibar levante and co should not hard him to play for

Awaziem is a Porto player so I hope for a new loan first division club in Europe top 5 leagues or a permanent selling
The reality is that even with all his Nigerian caps Omeruo is still a lowly rated defender in lowly rated club at the bottom end of a highly rated league.

Awaziem played a whole season in French league the only accolade he got was to go to Turkey. Not one better club in France looked at him and put in a substantive offer even Nantes.

Which club that is in La Liga will go to Turkish league to get defenders. That tells you where the club is.

All these players need to up thier game or give way for better defenders to take thier place. If Indeed we have any.

As much as l didn't rate Semi Ajayi he had gone from a kick and rush team at Rotherham to playing on the deck good quality technical football and has excelled. All things being equal he will be in the EPL next season. Which will be another test for him to overcome. This makes you better by reaching higher.

This is a measure of quality and ability how quickly can you adapt and claim position in a different setting.

Many players can be outstanding playing in a particular style, format and or structure. Once they leave that setting then we begin to see the gaps in thier ability and or how quickly they can learn or not learn.

By now you should have updated your knowledge just by being here. You are well operating on a DOS system when we have moved to Windows 10 and beyond.

Even Lukaku who you would term a typical number 9 played wing at Manchester United.

We talk about forward players now not just strikers, why because they interchange with positions.

To quote you verbatim ;

Bournemouth set to be relegated, Solanke has blood on his hands, he's supposed to be their key source of goals but he failed them with just a paltry 2 goals to his nam

My point was to educate you that Solanke was never meant to be thier number one striker. So your proposition is simply not true, you lack knowledge and understanding.
