With your determination please continue to save up till 15 million. Pure water business are not sustainable so think of toothpick or polystrene food packs. Canada will only Favour you based on the skills you have attained here and being in a bank for some many years I am not sure how marketable your current skills are. |

Pls use fibre cement ceiling boards ( No Asbestos in it again since 2001). You can get quailty ones from any Nigerite dealer. Others are easily damaged by water if the roofs leak. Fibre Cement is a bit fire resistant and is sound asorbant. So it it rains and ur roof is aluminium it won't be very noisy. PVC and gypsum boards r very cheap sub standard building materials that won't last. |

Please dont be deceived. I knw uwant to save money but your best bet is pigmented fibre cement corrugated roofing sheets. Sound proof, Fire resistant and wont get blown off by winds ( 3.5mm thick not 0.45mm) . You can get as low as N1, 000 per square metre. Aluminium of 0.45 mm is like using paper to roof your house. Joined my present company in sept, But as a senior staff got a Big Bag of Rice,2 live chickens,8 Big tins of GINO tin tomatoes,2 jerry cans of GINO veg oil( guess that's about 5 litres. Then 400% of my monthly Basic and end of year Bonus plus last quarter productivity and Tax rebate, Next year they start taxin everything, Am grate ful for wr I am today considering I av just 3 and half yrs exp and am headin bout 115ppl as.
