This is far from evidence confirming, eventhough there is racism, it does not, should not or cannot affect one's achievement according to your sweeping statement. I was expecting an outcome from a longitudinal study comparing achievement trajectories of those who reported racial discrimination and those who did not.

Agreed direct discrimination is easy (often costly) to proof because of Anti-discrimination laws. The elephant in the room is indirect discrimination, which in most cases, are almost impossible to proof despite victims suffering discrimination, perpetrator can always give satisfactory explanation to proof otherwise.

That is why issue of racism is not black and white, especially nowadays with anti-discrimination laws. Racists only become more sophisticated in hiding their racial biases.
