A lot of you are very naive and NOT aware of the current geopolitical dynamics in that country called Nigeria.

The Hausa folks who have suffered from massive foreign Fula militia bandits in many of their North West communities for decades aren't in tune with voting for a minority Fula to become a Nigerian President after Buhari. Besides, voting for a Fula would mean a continuation of the foreign Fula herdsmen and militia banditry.

Indeed, I read your ORIGINAL post FULL WELL before referencing 2 DNA tests. I actually saw your post where the young man Davido said he did "5 DNA tests" and that he never met the "mother."

From the original Punch article link BELOW of over 10 years ago, Davido actually knew Ayo Labinjo's who he used to call by her other name (Enitan) BUT he has a penchant till date of sarcastically saying that "he doesn't know her" which is an IRRESPONSIBLE thing to keep saying.

I referenced ONLY 2 DNA tests in my post because when the original DNA test issue came up over 10 years back, Punch which ORIGINALLY published the exclusive story mentioned only 2 DNA tests (Punch also reported that Davido said he WASN'T going to do another DNA test again after those 2 DNA tests). David Adeleke's father allegedly gave the young lady (Ayo Labinjo's late father was a respectable University of Ibadan academic who taught Sociology) some money out of concern for her welfare and that of the baby.

I'm REALLY displeased with Ayo Labinjo (Anu's mother) for cheapening herself by getting into a vulnerable position of sleeping with Davido who she FIRST met in a club and hardly knew WITHOUT any sexual protection. This is how females give birth kids into the world who end up being enmeshed in a paternity DNA test quagmire.

David too should have done the DNA test at a prominent and neutral DNA testing company and made the results public to SHUT any conspiracy theories up from Anu's mother! Anu's mother thinks the test results were fabricated to protect the then younger Davido's career.

In any event, these young people have to REALLY learn lessons from these DNA scandals and be disciplined because the Ayo Labinjo (Anu's mother) said Davido cockily refused to use a condom or any form of protection with her while saying that he has no HIV.

We all live in a world of vibration (cause-and-effect), therefore everyone will see the consequences of his or her actions.

Jolts were reported at around 7.25 pm (US local time) on Thursday, with the epicentre located 186 miles west of Bandon, Oregon, and about 261 miles west of Salem, at a depth of 4.4 miles, according USGS.

No tsunami warnings were issued by the National Tsunami Warning Center, part of the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA).

Davido responded to posts about this issue yesterday night. He said that he has done 5 DNA tests, 3 at hospitals that he chose and 2 at hospitals that the girl's mother chose and all showed that he is not the father. He said that he had not even met the girl's mother before she made the allegations. He said that his father made him do some of those tests and they proved that he wasn't the father.

He said that he does not blame the young girl, but her mother should tell her who her real father is.

He said that people should not beg him when he decides to strike.

I remember this DNA episode that was widely publicised in the media a few years back.
That young man called Davido isn't telling the truth. He actually met the girl and slept with her. Back then, I recall that the girl gave a comprehensive timeline of the places she met David Adeleke and how she was star-struck and out of youthful exuberance, she had sex with him.

However, she insisted in media interviews that from the time she slept with Davido till the time she got to know she was pregnant, she NEVER slept with ANY other guy except Davido who didn't use a condom. This is where the mystery deepened for me because Davido did the DNA tests in a South African DNA facility of his own choosing and the 2 tests he did came out showing the then baby girl wasn't his.

There are two things that crossed my mind at that time.

1] Either the young lady may have had sperm inserted into private part with the fingers of another male who NEVER had full-blown sex with her and the sperm from the fingers then fertilized the egg.

2] It could ALSO be that the young lady may have been drugged, then a male had sex with her WITHOUT her knowing.

3] It's possible that David Adeleke's DNA tests were rigged in his favor BECAUSE he was the one that chose the DNA paternity testing center himself. This is what the young lady was complaining about in the media after giving birth years ago that the DNA testing company should have been a neutral one and not the one chosen by ONLY Davido.

Those are the ONLY 3 strong variables I can think of.

I hope that little girl finds her real biological father. She has indeed grown up really fast.

That level of government (LGAs) too have to be monitored with advanced accounting and auditing systems put in place to prevent the diversion of funds. The standards of infrastructure such as roads built at the LGA levels have ALSO been of very low standards. Therefore a minimum standard MUST be set in terms of infrastructure and service delivery.

Even the Military leaderships (Army, Navy, Air Force, etc) have in the past been involved in accounting manipulations and diversion of funds right from the years of Military rule in Nigeria into private bank accounts and the multibillion Naira mansions seized by the Federal authorities in recent times. Retired Air Force chief, Alex Badeh is one of them and the case was still on with the EFCC when he was shot dead.

I noticed that most Nigerians feel so much achievement upon having a family member outside the country. I have seen Nigerians proudly declare the following (just an example tough) :

1. My uncle in Canada

2. My Aunty in UK

3. My Brother in the US

4. My son in Germany

5. My cousin in South Africa

6. My husband is in the United Arab Emirates

7. My daughter in Italy

8. My brother in Malaysia

9. My nephew in India

10. My brother sister uncle daughter son in Kuwait
Etc.
I observe a pride in each of these people, and I realized that it doesn't even matter which country the family resides in, for the homers, they always feel like they won a noble prize by having a family abroad.
Some of these people have families in Indonesia, Malaysia, Israel, Libya, Kuwait, Honduras, Greece etc. And they puff with pride as if it's a life worth achievement.
Others have families in the US, UK, Germany, Canada, France, South Africa, Australia etc, which is still note worthy.

But the Question is; why do most Nigerians count having a family abroad as a big achievement, and even make mockery o seef their fellow Nigerians who do not have a family member abroad. Or those who refuse to mention that they have families abroad?

Is it a Nigerian thing to behave like that, or is it a global thing, do other countries nationals behave like that?

It's obvious that she's just using that video for educational purposes based off of the FACT that she referenced being in the United States for 20+ years. That time frame of over 20+ years is enough for her or anyone to know that it's NOT wise to place drums right in front of your U.S. house. Government College Ibadan (founded 28 February 1929) is a boys' secondary school located on the hills of Apata Ganga in Ibadan, Nigeria.

The founding fathers of Government College Ibadan were Selwyn MacGregor Grier, Director of Education, Southern Provinces, who conceived the idea of the school, and E. R. Swanston, Inspector of Education.

The school was conceived and founded on 28 February 1929. The first principal was C. E. Squire. The second principal was H. T. C. Field. V. B. V. Powell was the third principal.

Government College was modelled on the British public boarding schools of the era, and the first set of students numbered 29.

During the Second World War, the school temporarily moved to several sites before finally resettling back at its original site. The alumnus popularly called Old Boys, holds an annual reunion programme in order to connect former students.

In the period before the dissolution of the country's Western Region, the school earned the fame of being the best secondary school in Nigeria.

That dude's biological father is a PURE Fula from Mauritania which is near Senegal. ALL Fulas have North African paternal Berber ancestries from Morocco via Mauritania before spreading out as cattle nomads and preachers (of the Torodbe clan). NO Fula is indigenous to Nigeria unlike the Hausa, Yoruba, Berom, etc. They are all recent migrants. Nasir El-Rufai said his male ancestor who is Fula came from Guinea (Guinea Conakry) after the so-called 1804 Fula jihad.

I have seen photographs of the visits of all the Baba-Ahmed brothers including Datti to their Mauritania homeland to visit their relatives.

Before 1979, Persia (Iran) and the Shah had very friendly relationships with the State of Israel, the United States and indeed the Western countries. A lot of tourists around the world visited Iran annually. It wasn't a surprise that the Shah went on exile to the United States with his entire family before the Palace fell. That so-called 1979 revolution altered all that cordial friendship with the Western world.

The ONLY advantage that the escape of Iranians into safer countries of the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, etc, to form the huge Iranian Diaspora is that Iranians attended the best schools and are very brilliant people. The major drones Russia is using to fight Ukraine are from Iran. Currently Iran even manufacturers civilian and stealth Military aircraft. Many Iranian-Americans are doing very well and are one of the most successful ethnic groups in the United States.

NEVER in my wildest dreams did I see this coming so soon... Iranian women removing their hijabs and burning them right in the video. Moving around freely just like they did WITHOUT wearing any hijabs before the 1979 invasion by the Shiite clerics.

I wish the Crown Prince and future Shah of Iran is currently safe and well-protected at all times because radical Shiites and their sleeper cells still exist within Iran, Yemen, Gaza, Lebanon and more.

Big props to Iran, the land and people of Emperor Cyrus the Great the Zoroastrian and Emperor of the Persian Empire which covered and colonized the former Babylonian Empire and what is now Israel itself over 2000 years ago.

If Kwam1 is indeed from a Royal family lineage as a Prince and is truly qualified, NOBODY can stop him and what business does ANY Ibo person have to make fun of Kwam1 or call Kwam1 (who is an Ijebu Prince) a "tout" simply because he had an airport altercation and MORE which shows that he's only human?

The ONLY thing is that Kwam1 is NOT qualified to contest for the throne right now BECAUSE he is from a different Ruling Family lineage so, he has to wait for his Royal family lineage's turn in order to contest for the throne. Period.

Yeah, the average Nairaland user is more intelligent than the average Twitter (X) user and I can prove it.

Post a topic on Nairaland and you’ll see different schools of thought, critical thinking, and multiple opposing opinions.

Post the same topic on Twitter and all you get are emotional reactions, threats, and doxxing.

Let a popular person post something on Nairaland and you’ll get plenty of opposing views and debate. Let the same popular person post on Twitter and everyone just agrees with them. If you disagree, the poster and their followers get angry, insult you, and block you.

There are too many low-IQ people acting intelligent on X simply because they have access to Google and ChatGPT, but they can’t back up their arguments with real experience or solid reasoning.

Nairaland wins on original ideas, strong arguments, free speech, and people who are actually willing to debate intellectually. That’s why people who hate debate, disagreement, and opposing opinions never last on Nairaland.

The discussion forum format is what had made NL to thrive by adding videos, images, texts,etc. X and other online platforms have limited spaces to type words.

However, the toxic hate speeches still thrive on this website regardless of the so-called NL bit that was introduced in 2025.

A young TikTok content creator identified as Rita Special has been reported dead following a disturbing incident that allegedly occurred in Emohua Community, Rivers State.

According to information circulating online and preliminary accounts from the area, Rita was said to have checked into a hotel in Emohua after reportedly agreeing to meet a man who allegedly paid her ₦80,000. What was meant to be a private meeting, however, reportedly turned fatal.

Sources claim that Rita was later killed under unclear circumstances, with allegations that some of her body parts were removed. The situation reportedly escalated further when her body was allegedly moved out of the hotel and buried in a shallow grave in an attempt to conceal the crime. It is also alleged that a security guard was bribed with ₦150,000 to aid the cover-up.

The name Tonachi has been mentioned online as the suspect linked to the incident, but it is important to note that these claims remain unverified as of the time of this report. Law enforcement authorities are yet to issue an official statement confirming the identity of any suspect or the exact circumstances surrounding Rita’s death.
