Peeps dey wey dey wait TS invite o,no b small o.....

standecent: i did my first interview on the 27th march too. I knw of two guyz that did first interview wit me and had both their second interview and medicals a day before i did mine bt didnt get the TS invite. I believe they are others that had their medicals on the 15th/16th that didnt get the TS invite as well. I hope u are thru wit medicals too? Hopefully the september 2nd batch will nt pass us by.

contactlahrie: Wow,congrats to those who get ts invite. This confirms how unpredictable db is. When most pple thot it'd be Aug 5. Anyways,I'll advise dt those who haven't received their invites shld hold on to those phones very tight. Even if u wanna use d rest room,pls take it along. Like 4pple joined us 3days after we started t.sch and they were called without prior notice. A number of pple were called but Some declined cos they hadn't resigned frm their places of work while some missed d calls and after calling back,they were asked to wait for d next batch. I'm not trying to raise anyone's hope unnecessarily,but I can't imagine how painful it'll be if after waiting for so long,they call and u miss their calls. All d best guys and for d pple resuming on d 29th,chei,d lectures and exams no b beans but u'll av fun,dts for sure.

I'm not sure of getting a job wit db, yet i do my best in ways i can 2 help pple wit useful info. And just because i begged som1 to do somtin, she picked offense and every1 stormed me, calling me names. I hope 4 a place where there wont be abj, owerri or lag hopefuls. We should all be db hopefuls instead. We hav a lot 2 gain 4rm each oda if we will learn to place our pride aside. In d end we're all here 4 d same cause. If any1 unknowingly offends u, call d pesin personally and settle it btw urselves. Not trade insults. Banking is abt pressure day in day out. Wit dis attitude can we stand dat pressure? I'm not perfect, neither am i a saint. Neva felt or acted like one. While we wait, we can crack jokes or do oda beneficial tins rather dan argue or fight.
I run away 4rm fights and still feel so bad abt wat happened 2day coz like it or not we are d future images of db. No need going back 2 how we offended each oda. Lets just learn to work 2geda and move ahead. And pls let only peace continue here henceforth. No more fights. Always remember u represent one of d best brands in Africa. Peace out.
