By the address i mean, for instance, during my sister's three week's camp at Rivers state, she filled Port Harcourt as her place of residence and was eventually posted to P/H.

Even though i don't know anybody in Uyo yet, what if i register some random streets in Uyo as my place of residence, could i be posted to Uyo because of that?

most local govts in akwa ibom has corpers lodge except for the hot cake local govt e.g uyo, eket,ikot ekpene and abak. the rest hv gud FREE accomodation. I am in oruk anam lga n i am sharing a brand new well tiled 3 bedroom flat woth my other two female colleagues. so do the maths.
