Good morning all.

I am embarking on putting a structure of 4 flats of 2 bedrooms, 2 flats ground floor and 2 flats upstairs for residential rentage in Delta state.
All necessary approvals has been obtained from the ministry of land and town planning.
I need quotations from qualified builders on how best we can maximise material usage and minimise cost so as to achieve the best result.

Quotation should be for the following.
1. foundation to DPC.
2. DPC to decking of first floor.
3. from first floor to lintels.
4. roofing.
5. finishing.
