No! U shouldn't huh, my words in the first post still stand, I think U should learn or start using other methods to satisfy her instead of direct knacking every time.
I understand you bro but if u can take your time to read all through the post again you'll discover I said no matter how much I try to convince her or do something else she protests and fight me for trying to deprive her.

It depends. If you are the only one in the compound, it belongs to you. If there are others sharing the compound, it belongs to all of you.

Legally, a tenant has the right to enjoy the use of a property and the adjoining surroundings without harassment.

As long as you have paid your rent. Its just that in Lagos, it is difficult to enforce those rights if you leave in a communal setting.
Your response make sense die but if I may ask, is this backed legally? I'm based in the north and not in Lagos.

Straight to the matter

I have this girl who I won't be wrong to refer to as a sex freak (something I never knew from the onset).
She wants it EVERYTIME we meet even if it's thrice a day, 7 days a week and four weeks a month; the whole days of the year if possible. grin
This is not to say that I'm not man enough but we all know the "hazards" involved in a bid to stay baby free.
Anytime I say I'm not in the mood or try to avoid giving it to her she throws all sorts of accusations @ me and makes me feel less than the man that I am no matter how much I try to convince her.
For now I can attest to it that I'm the only man she's ever met and that she's not into another (even in secret) but my fear is what may happen any time I refuse giving it to her or when she goes far away from me.

What do I do? huh

You should know landlords are mini god in a rented apartment.. If possible, they would claim your bed tongue

If your landlord snatch your wife, na you go commot for hin house, and if you snatch you landlord wife, na you go still commot for hin house grin
We live in a different world now especially if the tenant knows his rights. I just want to ascertain this aspect legally before I strike grin

She has all the right to the backyard! Your agreement/rent is for the room. Your only option is to plead and be nice to her.
It's not a one-room apartment that we're talking about here. It's a flat and need I remind you that the backyard (including the tree there) is being taken care of by me plus she doesn't live anywhere around the area talk more of the compound.

I have this issue with my landlady and I need help in sorting it out.
Of recent my rent was increased by 100% and I didn't complain but paid.
After the increase I decided to convert my backyard into a mini fish farm where I transfered my fish tanks (2) and this was after informing the landlady.
While informing her she tried demanding for a token for the use of the backyard but I talked her out of it.
Since then she's been looking for one excuse or the other to charge me for the use of the backyard (where the suckaway is situated). Now she's coming up with an excuse of me felling off a tree that she didn't know how it got there in the first place (she actually inherited the house from her late father).
Please nairalanders, I want to know before going out all wild on her, who owns the right to the backyard after the rent has been paid? The tenant or the landlord? huh

Nairaland General › Lilian (The Nigerian Rep. In BBA), Esther & Sabina Have Been Evicted by korel9(op):
The second Nigerian representative in the Big Brother Africa Hotshots is out.

Was she that bad a representative?

As for me I didn't feel her like I feel Tayo, the other Nigerian representative, in the house.

On the other hand I was disappointed with the eviction of the other housemate, Esther (the dancing queen).

As for Sabina, I expected her eviction too.

What do you think?

Nairaland General › How True & Appropriate Is This Expression Often Used By The Female Folks? by korel9(op): 12:32pm On Oct 17, 2014
Let's make this as concise as possible. Check this scenario out:

Mr A happens to be out of funds when his woman (whether they are married or just courting) approaches him for some money to get something that will be of MORE benefit to the woman than the man.
Remembering she just collected her arrears of about 3 months salary, he asked her to use from the money pending when he'll be financially buoyant again.
On reeplying, she said HER money isn't meant for that cos she has plans for it. He retorts irritatedly,
"Oh, but mine is meant for it isn't it?"
Then she pours it out
"Of course! YOUR money is OUR money while MY money is MY money!"

Ladies are fond of using this expression and can be annoying sometimes.

How true and appropriate is it?
