For me to be the FTC is a confirmation of how this thread (or is it the message) sucks! ![]() |
Super Eagles you said? I only saw the Bafana Bafana play the whole 90mins ![]() I can bet you our U-17 would have beaten that S. African team (not cos d SAs didn't play well but cos they would be playing their match). |
emmasege: Enemy of Mikel. Who invited u b4?. Abeg go sit down. We'll call u the day u have a better replacement for the second most decorated Nigerian footballer in history, the only Nigerian to have won UEFA Europa and Champions league together and the one who has won all "winable" tournaments in England.Bros, a point of correction, his TEAM won those laurels and not him. He came from the bench for ALL of the tournaments u are claiming he's won. You can even see what he's playing at d moment compared to what the SAs are playing. |

Chigold101: u r on point man. U sabi too much. Big ups to u. Yes clueless coach that has won best coach in africa twice. Clueless coach that quilified a none existing team for the wolrd cup ahead of big teams. Clueless coach that won AFCON for nigeria after about 20years & qualified nigeria for CHAN for the first time. He did all these things CLUEFULL coaches couldnt do. Keshi is clueless for real. But i love his type of CLUELESSNESSAll this narrative of achievements were mere flukes he himself cannot account for on how he did it. And remember "I Get am Before no be Property!" Ask him the strategy and tactics he employs in his games, believe me he'll ask you what you even mean by that. ![]() |

Unionised: Sir, seeing the child and staying to care for the new born ARE TWO TOTALLY DIFFERENT THINGS.So also is the eagerness to carry one's FIRST grandchild sir ![]() |
After the just concluded PDP gubernatorial primary in Adamawa state for the October 11 state election, acting governor Ahmadu Fintiri has emerged the party's flag bearer scoring 624 votes. Details coming soon. |
Unionised: That "scenario" is the mountain you are making out of a mole hill.So you think the typical Nigerian mother will take it in good faith when she's told she has to wait for at least three weeks before seeing her FIRST grandchild that she's waited for for years knowing fully well that her inlaw is there with the child? I don't think so ![]() |
thankyouJesus: Interesting, let me think.I'm waiting o bros ![]() |
Unionised: You want to make a mountain out of a mole hill, abi?Guy study the scenario well using African/Nigerian mentality before jumping into conclusions |
To clear the air first, "Omugo" is a 'local' Nigerian tradition where the mother of either the husband or the wife comes over after child birth to take care of both the woman and the baby for a little period of time. Now to the matter, A man who happens to be the only child of his parents got married to the woman of his dreams (an only child too). Both parents are eager to carry their first grand child. The couple lives in a single room with little or no space to harbour only ONE guest. The wife just put to bed and both mothers are eager to come for the "omugo". The question is who comes first and why? Is it the mother of the husband who will focus more on the child than the wife or the mother of the wife who will be interested in both? Don't forget that the family of the husband claims ownership of the child in most cultures and the mother of the husband is so desperate to carry her first grandchild. |
