He just shouldn't be celebrated that's all. Thanks to the celebration another boy attempted to do same just a few days after his case.
Then, many more will continue to try so as to be taken to government house and they might not be as lucky. They may end up dead.

Any steps taken in this boy's issue is to avoid future UNLUCKY occurrences. That's where i stand.
