Education › Re: JAMB Important Information To All Newly Admitted Candidates For 2016/2017 by Koskio(m): 9:29pm On Dec 01, 2016 |
Guru9ja: All candidates who have been offered provisional admission for the 2016/2017 academic session to institutions they did not choose as their most preferred institution (First Choice) or did not choose at all that they are to proceed to JAMB portal: jamb.org.ng to make the institution that have offered them admission their most preferred choice.
The same applies to candidates who have been offered courses different from the one they originally applied to study.
Candidates are to ensure they complete this process on or before December 9th, 2016 to enable JAMB change their admission letters and also adjust their records accordingly.
After effecting the changes as described above, candidates are expected to visit the school that have offered them admission with the confirmation slip that was printed out from jamb website for admission validation.

Pprovost: The problem is actually with gtbank. After three attempts with gtbank I tried my access card once and I was successful. Bro, have you been able to access and print your direct entry admission letter on JAMB website? I have neither been able to access mine nor print it in spite of the fact that I was admitted. It keeps saying admission letter is not available. |

That's Nigeria for you! A place where the common man is treated with disdain. If she was a corrupt politician, the government wouldn't mind ferrying her corpse on a chartered jet to any part of the world and beyond at the expense of taxpayers |

It would have been tolerable if the so-called move to rid the judiciary of corruption was genuine; I have a strong feeling that this is part of the Buhari administration's strategy to intimidate and silent all dissenting voices |

FINgames: i wasnt able to download them.will there be an exam or just screening? why did you ask? Because it is there on the direct entry notice they posted on their Kofa page. Since i haven't registered, I wanted to confirm from those that have done theirs whether or not they downloaded past questions because I was thinking they would only screen our credentials. Considering the fact that you couldn't download it is most likely that there will be no written test |

Pprovost: For those that will like to submit their credentials at Benin office this information is for you so that they won't send you back the way they sent me back today.
Make sure you go with the following 1. Your slip (DE form printout) 2. Advance level certificate or statement of result. 3. O'Level results 4. State/Local government of Origin Certificate. 5. Birth Certificate/Statutory declaration of Age 6. NYSC discharge certificate (this can be waved for you especially if you are not applying with Bsc or HND)
I went with three out of six and I was told to get the rest, saying even if they collect what I brought, they may not send it to Abuja.
Goodluck to everyone. pls can the submission be done by proxy and does it have a deadline? Thank you |
