God loves dedicated pple.To be dedicated is to continue 2 give time 2 a particular assignment until it is completed.The dedicated works 4 as long as it takes,and continues 2 work even when others re tired or retired.Wen others hav eaten nd left d plates after a programme,it is the dedicated ones dat wash the dishes.Wen others re falling by d wayside,the dedicated ones re stil standing.Are u dedicated? According to 1 thessalonians 5:17,the dedicated ones find time nd reason 2 pray.While some pple pray nd stop @ a point wit d excuse dat dey do not know wat 2 pray for,the dedicated ones continue to see prayer needs of members,d church leaders,families,neighbours,colleagues @ work or community,state,nation, etc. Today,d only time some workers or ministers remember 2 serve God is only on Sundays.The dedicated ones re not 'sunday-sunday' church goers or church workers but dey serve God on week days in church nd outside church.Deir lives re devoted 2 servin d living God.Although dey may hav excuses 2 stop work or slow down d pace of work,dey refuse 2 accept any reason 4 failure.Dedicated pple just continue 2 press on like Pual(Philippians 3:3-14).However,it takes a lot of discipline 2 be dedicated.D reason many pple fall short of d level of dedication expected of dem is bcus dey re not prepared 2 pay d price.It is not easy to fast,yet the dedicated wil go tru a long fast.Dey wil pray all nigth long wen others re sleeping.How dedicated re u? As pple rise in status or financial power,dey begin 2 look down on certain task in d house of God.It is bcus dey re not dedicated.Dey now leave "menial" task such as washing plates,toilets,mowing d lawn etc, to house helps nd subordinates.By so doin,dey re losing some anointing bcus d anointin 2 heal is given 2 dose who re ready 2 do manual labour 4 d Master. A King had a male servant who, in all circumstances always said to him; My king, do not be discouraged because everything God does is perfect, no mistakes. One day, they went hunting and a wild animal attacked the king, the servant managed to kill the animal but couldn't prevent his majesty from losing a finger. Furious and without showing gratitude, the King said; if God was good, I would not have been attacked and lost one finger. The servant replied, 'despite all these things, I can only tell you that God is good and everything He does is perfect, He is never wrong'. Outraged by the response, the king ordered the arrest of his servant. While being taken to prison, he told the king again, God is Good & Perfect. Another day, the king left alone for another hunt and was captured by savages who use human beings for sacrifice. On the altar, the savages found out that the king didn't have one finger in place, he was released because he was considered not "complete" to be offered to the gods. On his return to the palace, he ordered the release of his servant and said; My friend, God was really good to me. I was almost killed but for lack of a single finger, I was let go. But I have a question; If God is so good, why did He allow me to put you in prison? His servant replied; My king, if I had not been put in prison, I would have gone with you, and would have been sacrificed, because I have no missing finger. Everything God does is perfect, He is never wrong. Often we complain about life, and the negative things that happen to us, forgetting that everything happens for a purpose. Besides restitution in the areas of robbing people,lying concerning certain issues,etc.,we need to also restitute in our dealing with God. This relates to instructions He has given to us. For instance,in Genesis. 12:1-3,God made some powerful promises to Abraham subject to only three conditions.He fulfilled two of the conditions and felt the third one was unnecessary. In fact,he thought pple will call him names for sending away his late brother's son from living with him. By so doing,he mixed his petrol(gas) wit water and everytin began to go wrong.One day,as the problem became exacerbated and was now affecting peace in his home,he realised what he did and asked Lot to seperate from him. In Genesis 13:14-18, after that restitution,God resumed with him from where he stopped some 13years earlier. In other words,his refusal to obey the third condition only fixed him on the same spot for that long! Beloved,as long as there is water in your petrol (gas),you might not hear from God. Have you stopped hearing from God and it bothers you? Check your life for any pending restitution and immediately settle the issue. Have you obeyed God in certain areas but failed to do so in one or more areas? Go and restitute today so that you can begin to make progress at the rate God intended for you. If you pay your tithes and offerings and the blessings are not coming,there may be some restitution hiding somewhere which you need to make.Until his restitution, Abraham's beautiful wife that was a source of his joy became a source of sorrow as he ran from famine. He lost his wife and could have been killed but for God's mercy. If you are constantly getting into trouble, find out if there is a pending restitution.

It will bcom sumtin very important nd precious to u. In Psalm 119:9-16, d psalmist used God's word as an antidote to sinning against God. Dis means dat, as he hid God's Word in his heart, it displaced all d evil thoughts to sin against God. If u also hide it in ur heart by memorising nd meditating on d word, it will be difficult for u to sin. Show me a Christian who often sins, and I wil show u a Christian who is not committed to the word of God. In addition, in verse 14 of Psalm 119, d psalmist says God's word gives him joy. He sees every revelation dat comes to him by studying d word 2 be as valuable as silver nd gold. Wat value do u attach to d Word of God? If ur quest for money is separating u from d word, it shows u re not committed to it; u value money above d word. If u re committed to d word of God, u cannot stand a day witout it. Peter was so committed to Christ's words dat he threw his net when he would ordinarily hav refused dat order (Luke 5:5). How committed re u to His instructions?

Acts 15:18 says God already knows everyone He has created ever before d foundation of d world. Are u poor today? God is seeing u in great wealth. Re u marginalised or treated as someone very insignificant today? God is seeing u as a very important personality - one dat cannot be ignored. Pray dat d good future dat only God can see concerning u should come to reality in ur life. Moreover,wen d Lord Jesus would heal d man at d pool of Bethesda recorded in John 5:2-9,He said, Rise! Dis tells us dat God rules by decrees. Thank God dat He is not a democrat. If God were to consult ur frnds b4 saving, healing, or blessing u, their feedback might hav stopped Him. Today,some believers nd leaders re eating their tithes nd dat of others,nd dey think dey re smart. No! Dey re not! Some ministers of God re sparing d Agag dey should hav destroyed nd explaining it away. Some pastors hav not only committed adultery, but re keeping a steady immoral relationship wit female workers or even wives of members. Why will God not replace dem? Look at ur life: what re u doing to provoke God to replace u? Immediately return to Him with fasting and prayer. Make relevant restitutions now nd begin to serve,worship nd praise Him as u hav never done. Beloved, consciously give God reasons why u should not be replaced by a substitute through ur new height of love,obedience and service. Dis scripture is nt restricted 2 only unbelievers; it also covers believers who venture into acts of wickedness against others.Every time u engage in an act of wickedness,u erode ur peace.If u oppress ur subordinates,u diminish ur peace.And if u persist,ur peace wil continue 2 decrease until it gets 2 a point where dere is no more peace in ur reserve.At such a point,it wil b very difficult 2 distinguish such a believer 4rm d wicked who does nt know God.Dis means dat even though d Lord Jesus has given u peace wen u accepted Him according 2 John16:33,whether dat peace wil remain,increase or decrease is dependent on u.Lack of peace can effect one in any area of life.Cheating ur fellow brother in a business transaction is @d expense of ur peace.Breaking convenants,denying pple deir rights or entitlements re @d expense of ur peace.If u steal wat belongs 2 ur neighbour,it is @d expense of ur peace. D favour of God is a manifestation of God's presence. During his trial, Joseph was sold into slavery but God was with him. If God is with u, wherever u go, He goes. Also, if He is wit u, d situation dat is tryin ur faith does not nd cannot drive God away 4rm u. Whether u feel God's presence or not,as long as u re in His will, be rest assured dat He is wit u. As long as u cling 2 Him,nothing can seperate u 4rm God. Dis explains y u must seek His presence 4 d rest of ur life. When God is wit u, u will enjoy favour. Favour usually comes wit several other benefits. Let us see some of dem. Favour makes u 2 earn pples trust including dat of ur enemies.
