Denn: I would prefer you come out bold in your assertions.
If you have grudges with either me or my posts, be bold enough to point them out.
Making blanket assumptions and diplomatically calling me unwise is what I would not tolerate.
I have pointed out in my earlier posts that being neutral is not the best way to go.
Yes, it takes wisdom to run a business.... and a wise person would have prepared for the probability of a government change.
Trying to prevent a change in government is also a business decision.
And do you think I stand not to defend anything I say online? I am not a ghost and people know how to get to me.
My argument remains...If you are an awardee and still clamoured for a change in government, then you should have made plans for other financial sources.
Let's focus on the facts and leave personal sentiments out of this discussion.
Now that we have a new government coming in by May, our steam should be directed at our future prospects instead of fanning personal egos.
Did you campaign for Buhari? I never meant to say that you were not wise, I am sorry if you think otherwise. And no, I never campaigned for Buhari or against Jonathan. |
Business › Re: Youwin Business Competition 2013 by Krak(m): 10:37am On Apr 01, 2015 |
Denn: I disagree.
In business, decisions that would affect the going concern status of the entity are never joked with. Political situations or risks are always critically analysed and mitigants put into place.
Every youwin 3 business had to make a political decision based on their future financial outlays. Indifference or non-alignment would have been a wrong strategy.
Politics is business and business is politics.
Dangote is a savvy business man with very strong political skills. He might not campaign openly but he funds every major opponent discreetly.....and they all know it. The Nigerian Corporate Forum (of with Dangote is a member) was aligned to GEJ.
Every youwin 3 awardee who was politically 'neutral' took a wrong business decision except the remaining 70% of funding was not critical to the business for the 2015 year plan. You are still making the same mistake I had been talking about all along. An inteligent and wise person could easily deduce that something had changed in our Socio-polititical climate. You should have known that things would change regardless of whatever effort you made. Like I said, continuing on that same line of thought could actually give the new government more reason to scrap youwin. Be careful what you say online, I am 100 percent sure that high-ranking people from both the outgoing and incoming government regularly visit this particular thread. You are a business person and it takes wisdom to run a successful business that can stand the test of time. I hope you understand what I mean, you can read between the lines. |

PM me only, this is not about the generous picks,generous picks shall continue on my facebook page only,there i can control who come in, on N/L i have no control of posts. Best of luck to the good minded people.
Stake goes thus.
Day 1==== 1,000 Naira X 5odds = 5,000 Naira, Remove initial bet deposit. = 5,000 - 1,000 = 4,000
Day 2==== 4,000 Naira X 5odds = 20,000 Naira, Remove initial bet deposit = 20,000 - 4,000 = 16,000
Day 3==== 16,000 Naira X 5odds = 80,000 Naira, Remove initial bet deposit = 80,000 - 16,000 = 64,000
Day 4==== 64,000 Naira X 5odds = 320,000 Naira, Remove initial bet deposit= 320,000 - 64,000= 256,000 Naira__end of first operation. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
At the end of the day you have 256,000 + 85,000 = 441,000 - 1,000 Naira you start with = Massive 440,000 profit. Think about this.
I am going to work with the first 5 people that shows interest.I may increase it to 10 in my next operation. Concentration is needed. Thanks

Denn: I don't think any sensible and business savvy youwin awardee would have campaigned against GEJ except some who has embezzled the first tranche.
1Dray, you cannot accuse a whole body just on your assumptions.
Thanks The truth is that a sensible business-savvy person does not dabble into politics. Yesterday within hours after Buhari's victory I saw him together with Dangote, Otedola and Wale Tinubu. Those were the wise ones who refused to openly support any party knowing fully well that the wind could blow in any direction at any time. I saw some Youwin awardees openly campaigning for GEJ on this thread some weeks back and spewing all kinds of invectives. Now the tide has turned and the new party could actually use the uterances of some Youwin awardees on Nairaland to actually kill the program (who knows). A wise business person must be publicly neutral in order to always remain relevant, I hope we all learn from this. Many of us should actually have anticipated this change and prepared accordingly. I am not an APC supporter although I support the idea that Nigeria needs some kind of shift at this point in time. |
Politics › Five Reasons Why Jonathan Lost- BBC by Krak(op): 7:46pm On Mar 31, 2015 |
Nigerians are so used to the idea that an incumbent should win presidential elections that President Goodluck Jonathan's failure to beat Gen Muhammadu Buhari needs some explaining. Here are five reasons why the opposition won: 1: Harder to rig Past elections have been marred by serious irregularities and suspicions of rigging. In 2007 observers said the presidential poll was not "credible". In 2011 the vote was considered to be better run but observers said that rigging and fraud still took place. This time the electoral commission took more steps to prevent rigging, including new biometric voters cards. Also President Jonathan's party, the People's Democratic Party (PDP), had lost control of some key states which meant it could not control the electoral process there. 2: Boko Haram and security The Nigerian army has made some recent gains against Boko Haram, but not enough to convince Nigerians The election took place against the background of an Islamist insurgency in the north-east of the country. The Boko Haram militant group has killed 20,000 people and forced some three million others from their homes and President Jonathan was criticised for not getting to grips with this. The poll was delayed for six weeks to give time for the security situation to improve, but even though most areas controlled by Boko Haram were recaptured, it seems to have come too late for many people. 3: United opposition, crumbling PDP The extra six weeks of vigorous campaigning by the PDP was not enough to halt the slide in the party's fortunes The PDP has been described as an election-winning machine. When it was created it united a northern elite with leading politicians from the south, but that alliance has broken up and the party lost some key figures. Even former President Olusegun Obasanjo came out against Mr Jonathan. At the same time, the opposition managed to unite under the All Progressives Congress (APC) banner. The last six weeks of desperate and dirty campaigning, in which the APC responded in kind, was not enough to turn the tide. 4: Economy Nigeria's economy is growing but the wealth is not being spread around Nigeria is Africa's biggest oil producer and its largest economy, but many fail to feel the benefits with nearly half the population living below the poverty line. Continued corruption is seen as partly being to blame. National income is due to grow by more than 5% this year and next year, but people did not seem in the mood to thank Mr Jonathan for this. 5: Time for a change APC supporters chanted "change" wherever they went and it seems to have caught the mood. The PDP has been in power since the end of military rule in 1999, and 2015 is the year that Nigerians decided that someone else should have a go at sorting things out. President-elect Buhari now has to prove he really can change things. http://m.bbc.com/news/world-africa-32136295 |

Truth be told this Richard guy has a big problem with his attitude.
When you start chatting with him he always seemed calm, cool and business like. And this mien continues as long as you keep paying him and dont complain.
As soon as you start having different opinions with him, no matter how trivial, then the insults would start. That is his real color.
I have received insults from him on Whatsapp and never insulted him in return, untill he blocked me on Whatsapp.
This insult actually made me to learn how to punt on my own, and now I am making Greens on my own. I actually thank him for that.
I make it bold to say that I do not believe in people paying up to 5,000, 10,000 and even 20,000 Naira for just a single game. Not monthly or weekly o.And if I buy with that amount, how much do I use to stake?
Those praising him are just olodos who are mentally lazy. The guy is overhyped.
And Mr Richard, thank you for the insult, it only made me more determined to learn things on my own. You have a big and bloated ego. And I think it is ridiculous the amount you charge for games from all your Olodo Magas.
If you are really that good then you should be a comfortable multimillionaire and giving out all games for free should not be a big deal, or at worst a minimal monthly or weekly subscription should be better.
I was one of your loyal and gullible fans, then I was asleep and lazy, but your unprovoked insults woke me up and now I am fully awake and very happy.
You and your fans (Magas) can simply go to hell. |
