ShobayoEmma: But has Shekau debunk it, no. Has Lie Muhammed refute it, no. Bro, truth is bitter esspecially to apc sympathizers. Please tell me you’re smarter than this?!! Is it not obvious to you that none of them have said anything about it because this is a story the OP just made up recently in order to gain traffic to his/her website. Where is the source? Moreover, Boko Haram don’t give a damn about ipob, they will bomb you and the entire Igbo race if they could as long as you cherish western education. |

laudate: Well, I wish I had known that this topic would come up for discussion. Maybe I would have made a video recording of an event I attended last week. I went to a traditional introduction party held for a Yoruba couple recently and guess what song the bride chose to herald her entry into the hall? It was a gospel song titled Igwe sung by Midnight Crew which was led by Pat Uwaje -King.
Igwe is an Igbo gospel track that is quite popular in a lot of churches today. Can I just add that ‘Sweet Mother’ is another popular Igbo highlife song that’s played in a lot of Yoruba weddings. |

Sharaaaaaap!! U be olodo
"Yorubas are educated".. the biggest scam in nigerian history Loool I see what you are now, troll oshi.. who sent you to me? Kimberly is an English name.. Wikipedia it John / Juan (Spanish) / Jean (French) is a Christian name with biblical origins, Wikipedia it. If you still don't understand the difference at this point then I suggest you remove your brain and shove it up your ass, it should fit in nicely |

CaptainGOOD: LMAO isee ignorance.. so yorubas dont bear mercy. Pls where is the "yorubas are educated"?. Thats how my yoruba friend told me yorubas dnt bear mike and kelvin.. i counldnt hold my lafter. When a had a yoruba classmate whose name was micheal. Seriously comming to.lagos opened my eyeys about u peoples ignorance... contrary to the "YORUBAS are educated" we used to hear
Mercy is an english name. Ok and as long as u ar3 a christian nomatter d trybe u ar from. U can bear any Christian name
I have seen Yoruba bearing mercy. Infact my nurse neighbour a yoruba.woman her name is MARY...u guys ar3 so dumb to a fault Olodo rabata... Yorubas (in Nigeria) do bear christian names, that is, names originating from the bible. E.g Michael, Paul, Daniel, Joseph. However it is very uncommon for a Yoruba person to be given an English name, e.g Mercy, Hapiness, Godson, Goodluck, Godswish, Lucky, Shampoo like you people often do. Please educate yourself or go back to the village you came from. Talk about being ignorant. |

I knew it there would be senseless nimwits like u on this thread to tribalize it, rather than make a sensible comment and leave... i dnt blame u i blame the biased mods. Meanwhile, this happend just last week and guess what..SHE IS A YORUBA WOMAN. Loool, in your desperate state you went and dug yourself an even deeper hole. How many Yoruba people bear the name Mercy? From the looks of it it seems it's an Igbo woman married to a Yoruba man, hence the last name segun |

loswhite: I believe u r doing currency conversion to get that figure right? Since we like to do conversion please can u also do conversion for minimum wage in those countries? Can u do conversion for standard of living in those countries? The problem in Nigeria is we have too many educated illiterate that are so blind and dumb We also have immense numbers of uneducated vagabonds in Nigeria. Go find my other comment on this thread. No I wasn't converting anything |

Princedapace: Bros.. it is not okay.. these countries u are talking about are enjoying simple basic amenities of life such as electricity, good road, subsidized transport system, easy access to loans at low interest rate..healthy medical systems..
If i get to enjoy these and u ask me to pay this, I will simply pay even double..
make we no dey stupid here baba.. the way money comes into the hands of an average Nigerian is small compare to how it flies away..
By the time u earn salary, u pay for electricity u are not seeing enough of it, u buy expensive fuel, u pay for security, u pay for water, u buy foods at expensive rate..etc
Bros, remember, many Nigerians are still very very poor.. Average life in Nigeria is nothing to write home about. Look at the budget of National assembly.. That is what we should be cutting down and not increasing the pains of the average and poor masses..
If u are doing business in Nigeria and spend so much on powering your electricity, u begin to wonder how u will survive.. It is not okay bro.. the funded generated are not well used.. they are used to feed mostly these criminals called leaders.. dont support them except u benefit from them or u are one of them The only sensible response so far.. I see where you're coming from, what I meant to say was that there are countries like us with similar GDP that charge way more, an increase was inevitable and it could have been worse. Not saying it's not high |
