A female here (Irenéony) once opined that she HATES me with all her being 'cause I AM NEVER NICE TO HER. When I inquired what her definition of "nice" was/is, she couldn't give a definite reply.

Their definition of "NICE" is:

* butt-licking, complimenting their half-clad pictures and those of their exposed boobs or butts,

*agreeing to every comment they make even if it reeks of idiøcy and unintelligence,

*Siding with them in e-squabbles even though they started the insult or formented the trouble.

According to my dictionary, all of those things depict stùpidity, servility, low self-worth and the loss of individuality.

Well, like someone earlier opined if it makes them happy to butt-lick and be frolicking from one girl to the other then so be it and I agree. For someone who's doing it for fun that is fine. But for a guy who gambols with the hope of warming his way to a girl's heart then he's in for a surprise as they would just be taken for a berk.

Some of these girls are just amused with the attention as they don't take it serious like the butt-lickers. Butt-licking will never becharm a girl to a guy. It has never happen and never will. Some of these guys need to learn that the more they bestow extolment and eulogise these ladies that they stand zero chance of ever meeting in the real world the more their head distends and they begin to feel some sense of non-existing self importance.

U forgot the most important points about the examples you used! They have all lost all credibility or self respect for displaying the maturity of "a bunch of pre-teen immature nitwits"!

Now you know some of the reasons why I don't flirt or 'butt-lick'- there'd always be a ripple effect whose 'tide' would sink the 'ship of one's credibility'.

I'd rather seduce her to get laid or stick with the charms and wits at my disposal than flirt aimlessly at the expense of my self-worth.

I understand most guys have genuine and lofty reasons.

My persona remains, I show no desperation and my claims can't be faulted so they've got nothing to us against me.

These days our cyber-lives/virtual lives are so much of an extension of our 'real' lives that the imbalances or ripples 'caused in one has an impact on the other.
Think of it as a bi-metallic strip.

Don't get me wrong, I do online dating. Heck, I met my girlfriend on Facebook albeit we are in the same university.

Here's the thing about Facebook:
1. You can verify the truism of a person's claim(s) via their timeline and their interaction with friends.

2. You leave trails of your activities which can be tracked or trailed.

3. If you claim, for example, to live in the U.K and your friend update a picture of you both at a plaza in PH city, you'd be exposed.

4. There'll be testimonies/comments about those who know you offline on your picture and/or status updates which would give away your true personality.

The afore-mentioned are why fraudsters and impostors can be easily exposed on forums such as Facebook.

Nairaland is like 2go; it's structured in such a way that impostors and others can create and maintain fake personas, the FEMALES ESPECIALLY.

That's why guys who hook-up with them are disappointed 'cause they realize the 'females' they 'fell' for are hypocrites. There are instances to prove that:

*Truck and Tasha

...And the ridicule and blame game continues online.
