See his face as he is smiling! I have been harassed by this guy in particular in oshodi and taken to the local government council. These people make cool cash everyday, they have a boss that comes around 4 pm to share the days money. I only paid 700 naira to bail myself as I had to sacrifice going to work. I witnessed so many transactions that D-day and that was the day I stopped believing in this country.
