aside from the fact that they share the same os, ur tecno l3 renders 0% of what the s4 gives. if u then include os, its just 5%[making calls,sms,running basic apps and games at low performance, mediocre picture/picture taking] and ohh, the only place ur l3 beats m s4 is in its small size and dual sim
