The Infinix Note 7 launched in April of this year is already seeing a successor after 6 months of release. The King of smartphones in Africa—Transsion is already putting out a new phone, the Note 8 from her daughter company, Infinix. The announcement is scheduled for 8 am local time (4 pm Nigerian time). The phones is teased to have an OLED display as seen in the Note 6 from last year and a Helio G80 chipset. No word if the X-pen is coming back but I hope it does; we have to keep our fingers crossed for now.

The Tecno Spark 6 is the successor to the Tecno Spark 5 released in May and it is the latest phone from Tecno, offering decent Specs compare to it's older sibling.
The upgrades includes; a 16mp primary camera compared to the 13mp on the spark 5. Tecno just answered it sisters call by launching the answer to the Infinix Zero 8, the Camon 16 premier. Tecno also launches the Camon 16 and 16 pro, but those are not available just yet.
The Camon 16 premier and the Zero 8 are just twin sisters that happens to use different cosmetic makeup. what I mean is this, The two phones are just exactly the same phone, I mean exactly the same. Infinix— Daughter of Transsion and sister to Tecno and iTel— has Announced the newest member of her 'Zero' series. The Zero 8 is a true flagship (at least its league) and packs top level specs for its price, the most obvious of course is the 90hz display which have become a norm these days for flagship and mid-range phones. The display is a 6.85" 1080p IPS LCD, with a 180hz touch sampling rate and a dual camera in a pill shaped punch. In the Punch hole are two cameras, a 48MP primary selfie shooter and and 8MP ultra wide angle one for group shots.
The rear camera are a quad camera set-up, housed in a rhombus shaped hump. A 64MP wide, 8MP ultra wide, 2MPs depth and macro cameras. The chipset is no joker, the game minded Helio G90T base in a 12nm fabrication, coupled with 8GB of RAM and 128GB onboard storage. The entire package runs on a 4500mAh battery with can be charged at 33W via a USB type-C. OTG is also on board, which means you can connect peripherals and charge other devices. Google killed the Android Beam sharing feature with the release of Android 10 in favour of something more convenient; Nearby Sharing, which is reminiscent of Apple's Airdrop. Google play services beta testers are now seeing the feature in the share menu and requires WiFi and Bluetooth turned on to initiate connection, after which WiFi takes on the transfer. unlike Xender it doesn't require any app installed to work.
Android users dating back to Marshmallow (V6.0) can sign-up for the beta testing program to use the feature or wait till the public version rollsbout, probably later this year.
