montelik: Pokello was very subdued yesternight. I believe its a combination of the Elikem brouhaha, as well as the scolding from Melvin about her big mouth. He didn't ramble on incoherently like a Sulu, or whine and give a long epistle like Pastor O'Neal, or just shout and make noise like Nando. He gave to her short and sweet and before she could even try to apologize and explain herself, he ended the matter and moved on. Add in the fact that she knows she is on nomination and has been a major instigator in O'Neza drama, Pokello seems to have decided to keep a lower profile for now.

Feza reactions is not surprising and I personally am not going to hold it against her too much. The scope of things O'Neal accused her of would be very disconcerting to anybody. I can only imagine that she feels Melvin and some others in diamonds house have been divulging her private conversations while adding juicy bits of fallacy about her, which Pokello then subsequently exaggerated and gossiped to Elikem & O'Neal and others upon her return to Ruby.

HELL NO!!! There is no way feza's actions can be justifiable,i mean in no way whatsoever no matter how we look at it..
She told elikem to send her to diamonds and also told melvin to bring her back.. While this was happening,oneal was left in the dark despite how close and supportive he was to her... Feza now told elikem and melvin to keep it a secret.. She told them to keep it a secret cos she wanted to look like the victim who was seperated from her lover by wicked elikem or melvin...
Now her wish was granted by elikem and she had to guts to tell oneal that elikem is a liar and that she was never aware that he will swap her house.. Can you imagine? Please can you tell me who does that?
Pokello got into this mess cos she was defending elikem in the ruby house.. She told the rubies that feza had already told melvin to swap her house and that nobody should blame elikem cos it was feza's wish..
Did you also miss the part where feza was faking tears in the diamond house and made herself looked like the victim whom oneal didnt care about..
Abeg feza is a bad person!!! This is not strategy. What she's doing is evil..

GH PATRIOT: I hope you will understand when other People also support their own, thanks for holding the view that when someone outside insult MEL/BEV it should not be tolerated, hope you extend the same courtesies to "other people" when they do not tolerate other people's insult to their Reps.

What makes me think this, is that some of the things you have posted are just complete lies, or your own fantasy. For example, black Americans supported Obama for his entire candidacy. You can look his primary election results and see the akata turnout. That was a bad lie. Anyway, the Akatas deep support for Obama is actually proof that they are NOT discriminatory towards Africans.


I lived in New York, also in a black neighborhood, and there are soooo many people from all over the world there. Nobody cares if you are not American in New York. Walk down any street and you will find people speaking different languages, and people from all over the world. I honestly have no idea what you are talking about.

I have noticed something while traveling. Some immigrants travel to foreign countries and try to avoid interacting with their hosts. They stay in their own groups and never talk to anyone else. Like the Chinese in Lagos that never learn a Nigerian language because they only interact with other Chinese. Were you like this? It is easy to think everyone dislikes you when you don't talk to them.

This brings me back to what I have noticed in Naija. Akatas that are very nice are treated badly for no reason at all. I think there is some deep hatred and jealousy we have for other blacks that is unhealthy. Even when we see black British people, that might be descended from Jamaicans, we think they are Nigerians that are faking their accent. Then we treat them badly, because we "feel" that they are looking down on us by pretending to be British.

The akatas I have met have been very happy to interact with Nigerians, only to be treated badly for no reason. I have never seen this happen in the US. The only people that tell stories of being disliked are usually people who spend their time trying to prove that they are 'better' than akatas. That is wrong. Nobody likes insecure people.

Sexily Endowed: My friend Beverley does not like Selly. She has been gossiping about her a lot of times so it's no news, HOWEVER it's obvious that they want the Nigerian reps out because they only told Selly about what she had to say about her and Pokelo leaving everything else out about what others say.
