I was invited to a church(to be precise a pentecostal) today by my friend. During the course of ministration the pastor said something that suprised me, he said an Alhaji was part of the people that had to donate to the church when they were looking for funds to complete the church building during the period the church building was yet to be completed....
He further said that if we believers fail to carry out our responsibility then God will use unbelievers to carry them out .
Am not criticising the church or trying to bring out any thing from this but I was just surprised cos this is my first time of hearing such thing...

Unilorin definitely prepares you for the rigorous life out there. i was posted to imo state for my youth service, got to camp around 6pm after 10hours journey from lagos. you can imagine how tired one will be after such a journey, yet i and my fellow unilorite that came from lagos completed our camp registration on that day around 11pm. jumping of queues, been smart enough to know where to go next and all. after the whole process, a guy from another school that couldn't finish his own registration came to meet me and ask how i was able to cope with all those processes after the journey ,i simply told him "i am used to it, Unilorin built me that way"

I'll advise you go for the microfinance bank job, you working as a biometric officer @ diamond bank, tell yourself what skills have u acquired, then think about the numerous skills you will gain working as a loan officer. All those advising you to stay with diamond bank cause of the brand that will supposedly help you land a better job forgot that companies dont hire based on how reputable your previous workplace is but what your role is in the previous workplace and how you were able to cope with difficulties. i didnt make it but i was called for marketplace associate and i really dont know what that position entails

all i know about marketplace is that they are the dept in charge of items that are sold on jumia website by third party, but dont worry, you'll learn on the job as you'll be trained thoroughly. Congratulations.
