A woman by name Ada Luguterah gave birth in the back seat of a taxi (Uber) driving her to hospital, prompting the suggestion the baby boy be named Uber. Uber driver Krunal Shukla, originally from Gujarat, India, had a surprise extra passenger when he picked up a heavily pregnant woman, her father and younger sister from a home in east London with their destination set as St Thomas' Hospital. After just a few minutes in the car, the woman realised her baby was not going to wait. "We thought we had time but a few minutes later it was contractions and the baby was coming straight away," Mrs Luguterah told Sky News. The baby's mother explained: "[The driver] had to call the ambulance and my sister had to catch the baby in the back seat of the Uber!" Laughing, she added: "At the time same time, we were worrying about the fact that we were going to mess the car up." Mr Shukla took control of the situation, pulling over in Amersham Road, New Cross, at around 1.30am on Friday morning and calling for an ambulance.

@ Op, I know you love this girl and you want marry her. But I will like to give you a piece of advice by telling you a true life story. There was a man who was madly in love with a young beautiful damsel. To prove his love for her, he sponsored her through her tertiary institution. The girl graduated and did her NYSC. In the course of her service, she met a young handsome guy whom she loved so much and they started dating. After her service, the man notified her family of his plan to come for introduction and TM. It was then the girl told her parents that she has somebody else that she want to marry. However, her father advised her to forget about the young man and marry the man who waited for her and sponsored her education. The girl was adamant and bent on marrying the young guy. The siad guy was newly employed in the Oll company after his service. To reach a comprise, the guy said he will refund and double all the money the man spent on her.The man rejected the offer. To cut the story short, the girl eventually got married to the young guy, and after one month, somthing terrible happened. It was reported that the couple were in a car as the husband was driving, the wife was struggling with her husband on steering while the car was on motion. They had ghastly motor accident and both died on the spot. Though, the accussing finger was pointed to that man. You can learn something from here. |
Over recent years, people from all walks of life have had their entrepreneurial spirit sparked into looking for the easiest business to start. The recessionary climate and increasing unemployment levels mean millions of people are waking up to the fact that they need to take control of their future. To do this, new entrepreneurs want good businesses to start so that they can generate a new and sustainable income stream. So, what is the easiest business to start? It’s sensible that the best business to start will have the least expensive set up expenses, they will have services and products that people want to buy and will have the biggest possible client base. Welcome to the world of online business! It’s not a secret that a growing number of people are purchasing products and services online because of convenience, choice, cost and service. Starting up an online business and joining the thriving e-commerce world really is easiest business to start. Low set up costs. The beauty of starting an online business is that the start-up costs are very low as compared to a conventional bricks and mortar business. Starting conventional business requires substantial investments in human resources, inventory and financial capital. Industry is becoming more information-intensive and less labour and capital intensive. This means that more and more traditional barriers to success in business are being removed. You do not need to have your own products. An online business is the easiest business to start because you don’t even need to have your own products to sell. This is possible with one of the most popular and best home business models called affiliate marketing. This is where you promote and sell other people’s products. It’s like being an online commission-paid sales person. When you make a sale, you get paid a commission. The creator of the product is responsible for the whole development and fulfillment of the product. They will supply the marketing resources, manage the product delivery and follow up customer assistance. Your task is to find the customers and push them to the vendor’s online sales pages. There is an almost unlimited number of products, services and onlinebusiness ideas that you can promote this way. You can become an affiliate for services and products available on websites such as Amazon, CJ Affiliate, ClickBank or JVZoo. You can sell any products you want and receive commissions on every sale. Your business is open 24/7 to customers all over the world. One of the best advantages of an online business is that you can work from anywhere you want so long as you have a computer and access to the Internet. The Internet makes it possible for you to have customers from all over the world meaning that your business can quickly grow. You are not restricted to finding customers who live near to you. “Make Money Blogging!” or even better “Make Tons of Money Blogging!” Isn’t that what we’re here for, to be honest? It sounds kind of crass, I suppose, to put a dollar amount on the “art of blogging”, but the truth is that bloggers invest an incredible amount of money in their blogs. Let’s agree that the second part of “content marketing” is marketing, implying that we are looking for a market, implying that we want to make some money. How can you make money blogging? Let’s consider a two-pronged approach, making money off of your blog directly, and how your blog can help lead you to make money off of other’s blogs. Writing For Your Blog Writing for your own blog, that thing you do every day, can be thought of as part of the process of making money. Just the act of creating content, if you choose to think about it correctly, has a financial reward. 1. Build your own credibility. Your blog is building your credibility (unless you write rants with nary a thought toward grammar and writing quality). Each post you write builds on the previous posts, and is telling your reader “this blogger is credible”. Why does that matter, when it comes to making money off of your blog? Brand and name recognition. Just as the propinquity effect—the state of being physically or psychologically close to another and therefore, forming a relationship—is important in determining your social media ROI, the same can be said of your blog. Your reader gets used to hearing your “voice” on the page. He gets used to your opinions, your style, your approach. He knows what you advocate. And, the more he likes your content, the more he returns. The more he returns, the more familiarity he has with your brand. Publish consistent content to keep readers coming back, getting the chance to convert. As you blog regularly, you are creating brand recognition. While your bank account isn’t directly growing each time a reader hops in to read, you are “softening” your readers into potential customers in the future. In this way, that brand recognition has a long-term financial payoff. And that is exactly how content marketing works despite its greatest misconception (just take a look at what Rand Fishkin mentions in his fantastic video. Your expertise. What you are an expert at has value. You know something that others want to know also. They want your help. Part of being a great content marketer is being willing to help freely, giving away some of that expertise. We’re going to talk about how you can turn the rest of that expertise into money in the next section, but the expertise itself plays into how you make money in a few ways: 1. If you’re selling other products, your expertise can reassure customers that buying from you means they won’t be left to fend for themselves if they need help. 2. Your expertise makes your other products seem legitimate, because they were created by an expert. For example, I am a creative writer. My write-ups on my own blog has exposed me to many people who might want my services as a freelance writer, and nobody elsewhere has brought me new clients who like what they read. They have determined that I have a particular kind of expertise. Some services, like writing, need evidence of expertise. Clients need evidence that I can write, and my own blogging is that evidence. Blogging establishes expertise. Expertise establishes trust. Trust enables confidence to purchase. No one buys from someone who doesn’t seem to know what they are talking about. In this way, expertise is like brand recognition: It is a foundation that may not obviously impact your bank account every time you hit “publish” on a blog post, but must be there for any future attempt to make money off of your blog. donbachi:Nigerian Police is too brutal. They don't handle offenders with tact. |
When a police officer in Liuzhou City, China, found himself in a heated argument with a street vendor resisting arrest, the last thing he expected was to get kissed on the lips by the offender. The culprit kissing the Officer The man in question, identified only by his surname Huang, was allegedly illegally operating a roadside food stall, when the police turned up after receiving a tip-off to arrest him, CCTV News said. The pair soon got into a verbal argument, but instead of throwing punches, Huang planted a kiss on the officer's mouth. His actions infuriated the officer so much that the confrontation turned violent with a bunch of officers attacking the man. People believed to be associated to Huang, immediately came to his rescue, throwing stools and bowls at the officers. The situation turned into a full-on brawl, and Huang was later subdued and taken into custody. Can't we all just kiss and make up? The man reported to have said. What do you think would have happened to this man if it was a Nigerian police that he kissed? Share your thought please.

Part-time teaching in Schools In recent times, Entrepreneurship Education has been added to the curriculum of Primary and Secondary Schools. Some of these new skills being taught are fashion, designing, bead making, carpentry, pottery, cosmetology, foreign languages, hair dressing, dance, music and others. As a part-time Teacher, you can arrange to teach the students in these areas once or twice a week. These skills are tailored to make the students to become Entrepreneurs and job creators after their education. You don’t have to be a qualified Teacher to get this job. All it takes is to give the students short notes and engage them in practical and group projects to test their abilities. A time like this when people are getting depressed because of hard time, I think we can reach out to our friends whom we have not seen or spoken to for a long time. Doing so, you will discover that in the course of conversation with that person, he or she will likely to share the problem he or she is having with you. Based on the issue the person shared, then you can counsel the person or give a professional advice. Remember the problem shared is the problem half solved. Let's be our brother's keeper. |
nicepoker101:Bros, we pray that bad thing should not happen in Nigeria because there will be more casualties. |
nicepoker101:Yes ooo. Have you not be seening the ones Niger Delta militants have been displaying? That is just a child' s play. ![]() |
