Usually after negotiations you can end up with 1/3 or even half of the items on the list chalked off and the money reduced to something reasonable. It's what it is. They start with something outrageous but in reality they're just hoping to get as much as they can from the suitor. Last last dem go chill collect wetin dey. In most cases I've heard of though.

Not being violent?? Perhaps you haven't seen the video upload of the incident. I believe well equipped riot police with shields and riot gear would have done the job better without killing of these shiites. But believe it or not, when a mob is pelting army and mobile police personnel with rocks, you don't expect them to respond with rocks or cut and run. They shot into the air and in the direction of these fanatics but they kept advancing with intent to cause grievous harm to govt forces. If na you, wetin you for do?

With the way the shiites were pelting the police and soldiers with stones even while being shot at.....mindless bravery and extreme motivation which is characteristic of radical islam.
