My handsome prince made his grand entrance today at 12.05am via V.D, (induction) weighing 3.0kg. His name is Chikanyima Sterling, because God gave him to us when we had given up on our own human effort. Mummy n daddy are so happy. BS later

After a daughter who is 6 years old and 5 miscarriage .Our God is never late. To all waddling mums it will end in praise, to our Atc sisters this is your year because your case is different. I was discharged today. Legs swollen but doing great. Breast milk coming out already (Baba God did it)

Please follow me and thank God for a safe delivery of my handsome baby boy. The light of my life!

He was born at 8.44am, today the 9th of January 2017! And he weighs 3.7kg. I was given a tear for him to come out.

He swallowed some fluid when he was coming out so he's having difficulty breathing on his own. He's on oxygen and antibiotics now. As soon as he is stabilized, I'll send a pix.

His name is Ilan for short meaning we rejoice. Full name is Ilankinan meaning we rejoice in the Lord

I'll share bs as soon as I'm strong.

His majesty made his grand entrance at 6am , the 6th of January at 39 weeks + 6 days via VD weighing 3.5kg .

I was told milk before bed works. Tried it and didn't have issues. Also try not to eat and lie down immediately

eat smaller portions of food instead of large portions at once,
take a lot of water...
Ask ur dr if u can take GESTID, my dr recommended it and it worked for me...
i also took FREEGEL (it's a menthol sweet that they sell 70 naira or so) cos tomtom wasnt working for me.

try to know the particular foods that trigger heartburn when u take them, go easy on them so that way u can manage the situation.
