I wasn't even allowed inside
Talkless of being offered a seat

Just because I am not submitting my application
But making enquiries instead

I spent the whole week calling on the phone and they say call back later
So so and so is not on seat
They are in a meeting
They ve closed, they ve gone for lunch
Just to make a simple enquiry

So I decided to waste my fuel and go there instead
Complete waste of my time
I wasn't even allowed to see anyone to make enquiries

This is my very last Nigerian passport

At this point I ll take any other countries passport
Indeed I have already submitted applications since I qualify

trust me, you dont want to stop being a Nigerian. This people are playing you, so you give them what they deserve. Stop being polite, let them know you are also a Nigerian. Shout at whoever is telling you this rubbish. Threaten them with anything, for example you can lie to them that you are going to sue them or you are going to report their boss for negligence or corruption (it is all a lie), and say it as if you mean it (open eyes for the person you are talking to). I know they want you to drop something before they give you another pp. You can also blackmail them after you have dropped the money, by recording the transaction and sending it to a media house -- everything is fair in this country.
