Since its a new phone my brother it's very simple... probably the screen guard as covered the sensor, all you need to do is to remove the screen guard see if it's not showing again... then that is solved

and also if you can still access your phone settings, go to the settings menu > click on display > off the inadvertently mode > and enjoy! please quickly try this boss.

Lol please people are not mad at Transsion for producing too many devices within a short period of time.
We are mad at them for using the same old chipset on 8 out of 10 of every device they produce and before you come and claim that those devices are budget devices remember that Xiaomi also make budget device and you don't see them repeating (Helio P22 and Helio A22) chipset on their budget devices rather they use newer budget chipsets.

you can't say the same for their current devices. E.g Camon 16 series and POVA
