My jamb reg number is very correct on d site, no error at all but the message is that there is error

I have people who have same issue in my school but wen dey logged complain, dey were told to leave it like that, since their data are correct. wait have u confirm ur admission status on jamb website too and no issue? if yes, log complain @ ur student affairs unit..
