Breathe of fresh air.Nigerians need to stop the delusion and face reality.They need to stop running from reality.Their country despite all the petrodollars is one huge mess.Two rivers alone has more floor space than all Nigerian mall combined.South Africa of course is on entirely different plane...and probably has more malls or name it than all Sub Sahara combined.In Kenya we accept that as reality and a challenge of what is possible if we keep pushing.You cannot argue with reality clearly depicted in pictures.We accept South Africa and Algeria are way more advanced that Kenya but we refuse that Nigeria is anything but a giant slum.

The second one is crap - in Kenya many buildings like that are actually illegal structures designed and built by quacks on illegal land. There are thousands of such illegal structures in Nairobi's Eastlands (The poor section of Nairobi) that have been marked for demolition.

Kenya is indeed ahead of Nigeria. Not a single doubt left in my mind.

Nigeria's saving grace is the large population which hides the decay relative to other progressive African countries.

Kenya and Ghana have done better and continue to do better than Nigeria. It's shameful that i'll have to admit this fact.

well this as always been Kenyans issues, slums are demolished and few new buildings are built to replaced them, but the issues is, when the housings are been allocated the former slums dwellers, they usually finds it hard to assimilate to the new systems they tends not to be comfortable by it ,by so doing they rent the new housing provided out and they then go back to their slums, the only solution is for your government to be strict and be proactive just like what's obtained in Lagos and Abuja,aside that, how many of these slums dwellers can afford the newly built housings?
