Tanzania is puzzling until you visit to meet some of world laziest and docile folks.The number of poor people living below 2 dollars a day is 70%...twice as kenya.Tz has 44m hectares of arable land while kenya has 5.5m.It land size is twice kenya.Its has lots of minerals.It enjoyed more peace and stability than any county i know of in Africa.The problem cannot be ujamaaa.You see the same mess in kenya coast.The problem is Arabs deliberately created a culture of wangwana..docile arabs slaves...exacerbated by communism ujamaa policy they pursued. TZ,DRC and Naija are special cases...incredible natural resources has produced so much poverty.
