Thanks i appreciate I would try to apply i hope a supervisor accepts me. I will always keep in touch Frankrobbn1: I don't advise you to withhold any information you submitted with your previous refused application as the visa officer will go through their GCMS data base to uplift all the documents and forms submitted by you in your last application. Once this is done, you might up in misrepresentation. You've a good CGPA 3.97 why settle for a 4 years undergraduate degree 18,000CAD$ per year that is more expensive in Canada compared to a 2 years Master's program? You can check University of Saskatchewan, they offer a master's in Public health and the tuition fee (6KCAD) is favourable and the Admission process is also not stringent.
This is my advice! |

Amahjosh: Bro, it is not justifiable to silence your first degree when you even know you have stated that in your first application. And what reasonable reason will tell the VO for the 13 years study gap? Bro I will advise you go for a PGD course or for direct masters because your Cgpa is good. Dear thanks smiles I am a female am not a bro lols in bobrisky voice |

Frankrobbn1: Did you graduated with a 2.1 from the University? I'll advise you go for a degree that is higher than your already completed degree which is a Master's or Post graduate diploma in a closely related discipline in Public Health. It is almost impossible to convince a visa officer that you're a bonafide applicant with genuine intention of coming to Canada to study and would depart after your authorized period of stay.
With regards to using a compensated agents, it is important to bring to your attention that they have no advantage over an application rather some of them go as far as complicating issues for applicants. I can assure you that once you put into good use the advices given to you on this great platform, you next application will be a successful one. Therefore, an agent should be your last resort.
By the way who was your sponsor in your previous application, he/she also has a role to play in application.
My little cousin will be heading to U of Regina for the fall term 2019, I am anticipating to receiving a positive response from IRCC on his application.
I wish you the best ok thanks alot my sponsor is my elder brother I graduated with 3.97 I wish your cousin a positive reply would like to ask a friend asked me to reapply again and silence my first degree how possible is that. since i have applied before with my first degree being pronounced 13 years study gap is it justifiable |

but what do you advice SOPWriter: I think that was part of the reasons for the denial: going for same level of degree in a related field marks your application with a bold question mark. Not to worry, you are not the first and won't be the last, however, some of this particular set of people got their visa, by giving a strong reason that will back up their application. The SOP is there; it's the greatest opportunity we have to explain the reason behind our actions.
Regarding your question, there's absolutely no special role played by agent on an application, you can do it yourself, even more perfectly. |

Ohhh thanks so much I will always keep in touch Frankrobbn1: This question has been answered in my previous post. However, for the sake of newbies, I'll have to repost it again.
To convince the officer that you're a bona-fide applicant and will leave after your study period, you must prove that you have sufficient ties to your home country that will motivate you to return to your home country at the end of your authorized stay. You must also prove that you will abide by the terms and conditions on your study permit as an international student.
A well written SOP/LOE as the case maybe must suffice stating the reason why you choose to undertake your proposed program in Canada rather than your home country, Nigeria. The lucrativeness of such program in your home country. What you intend to achieve in a short-term and long-term basis. The difference you could make when you return to your country e.g setting up a company of your own and creating wide range of employment opportunities for your country men etc...
* Proof of properties located in your country of residence preferably in your name(or parent's name that you're directly heir to). This assets could be land, house or a registered business etc..
* Proof that your immediate family members (aged parents, siblings, spouse and kids) are in Nigeria and aren't accompanying you to Canada, would also be a strong reason for you to go back home when you have finished your studies.
* Financial obligations and moral responsibilities which falls on you such as leadership role, military, community, church and family that you must return to continue active participation and attendance in meetings. (A letter from any of these bodies would help).
Also remember to order your gcms note as this will give us a clearer picture on what went wrong with your previous refused application.
I hope the information provided is adequate to what you seek. Feel free to reach out here if you face any difficulty along the process and I will be happy to guide you through. |

But with the look of things with ur post,it's obvious u haven't been able to convince them that u are a genuine student that is going to Canada to study and then come back to ur home country.. So in ur next application, u need to write a string and convincing SOP stating why u are studying ur preferred course and how it can be beneficial to you in the future.. Also u fail to convince them that u are financially capable of ur studies and expenses in Canada and also home tie. So u need to work on ur finances in ur next application . Thanks alot I just don't know how and where to start from. just weak Obehi44: Honestly I am not happy the way these people refuse study visa. If they have a limit or a set standard or a format, they should just let us know. It's really getting too much and they always come up with these same reasons. I am sorry about you refusal, I urge you to take it in good faith and see it just as a refusal and not a rejection. Look for the loose ends and tie up and then reapply. Please make sure you get it right the next time even if you have to take your time. And very importantly, take it all to God in prayers very seriously. #ItWillEndInPraise |

please dear Frank I need your help oooòo although my denial is still a shock to me please kindly reply Frankrobbn1: Wow! Wow!! Wow!!! I must confess that this is the best application that I have ever played an active part starting from the admission process down to the packaging of the visa application . The approval didn't come as a surprise to me, because I was too sure about it's favourable outcome after been up and about for several nights, writing and cracking my brain in an effort to put up an undeniable application, considering that she had a 38,000CAD$ full scholarship from Brock University. Documents were bulky yet very clear and readable. @Dera12345, I have always known you to be a self-motivated and relentless maiden who aspire to attain greater heights in life. We have been in this tedious process since last year and I can tell how many times you were rejected by potential Supervisors. I am extremely delighted that the whole struggles and hurdles ended with a remarkable Victory. Thanks once again for trusting and believing so much in my capacity my dear Dera12345 . It's indeed a great honour to be part of your TRV crowning achievement and I wish you the very best in all your endeavors.
Accept my Congratulations my dearest Dera12345 |

Noted Qudkom: A second Bsc. Degree doesn't show progression in your studies. With the current difficulty in securing a study visa your application will most likely be refused. Seek admission for a post graduate program in your field.
Secondly, agents do not have any influence on visa processing. Don't be deceived. |
