they were shortlisted , saw thier names on NPOWER list , they ve been able to loggin but cant update thier NPVN account by putting their Bank Account details.
i clicked on the link there its not working

up till now thier bank account details hasnt been entered yet .

Sorry you can not. In addition to your o-level you need atleast 100 level University education.

You can look at neighboring Sweden. With just waec you can get admission. But know that Sweden charges TUITION FEES. The least you get is SEK90k~3.1million per year.

Canada too offers BSc admission for Nigerian waec holders. Tuition also applies

yes they can help you but you need to be very involve because there are limits they can go.

you both can work together, also provided that u bear thesame surname with them (there are advantages to that)

you can get a german university admission without having a german language certificate(eg from GOETHE INSTITUTE)or knowing how to speak German.universities in german give you admission to study with them.

but the German embassy here requires that you learn german language so that u can cope with their environment over there.
Austria is not like that, that's why i mentioned in one of my post that Austria is very flexible compared to Germany.
Germany have a more higher standard .

i am also awarethat there are courses taught in english and so the university grants you admission based on the fact that you have written english standardised test, i.e TOEFL. IELTS. ETC. but still yet at the german embassy they want to see proof that you can communicate in german Language.

there are taught in english course.

you ll learn german language when u arrive there for studies. 1year in the school as one of your course

so which ever you choose.

Yes you can work and study at the same time, its advisable that you learn some german before arriving the country so as to enable you get job easily.
your chance of securing a job there will be based on your level of german language .that is how much german language you know.

DONT BE DISCOURAGED BECAUSE I MENTIONED 2 YEARS. another reason is because his accomodation expeired during the long wait. the guy submitted incomplete documents to the Austrian embassy in Vienna , also he choose austrian capital Vienna. my advice to you guys is that you choose cities like Linz. Avoid Vienna if you dont want to wait very long. also jobs plenty, and the country as i know if favorable to blacks, i hear good reports from colleagues over there.
there are seasons to apply . u should know
